Thinking back to the 'recent' memories of your past seem to be difficult, though you seem to remember that the locker room was just through the door that seems to be jammed.  Otherwise looking about you see that the rubble could have some bits of rebar that could be used as well as the long deceased bodies of the other cyro-sleep test subjects may prove useful in some way.
