Durin hurried up to the group after missing most of the talk. "Sorry I was late, I hadn't realized this would be happening so early. What's the plan then?"

"Quick of it is that the orc wants a dictatorship, the human wants a democracy, the bugs want a representative republic and the centaurs want a tribe. Well, there's also myself, who finds the current arrangement just fine."

There is no current arrangement. Which means the default we're currently in is anarchy. I cannot permit an anarchy, to do so would be to permit unavoidable failure. We shan't survive this land divided. Once the dwarf has given his opinions we shall move to voting.

It was now past noon and daylight would be fading in a few hours. If the group did not reach some sort of conclusion, they would have to wait until dawn for landfall.

Alright then. I thought we had already had a government set up. We rule the people we were appointed to rule, then we sometimes meet together and vote on matters affecting us.

Well, I have heard enough to move us into the voting stage. For the sake of this unconventional meeting I shall provide the structure as I see fit. Each representative shall have one vote per issue. They shall vote for one of the following systems and then one of the following timelines.

Systems:

1: Dictatorship held by Orks or Centuars.
2: Democratic republic where each representative has a vote.
3: A regional system in which some responsibilities are deferred to minor elected officials and representatives also meet to discuss issues brought up by other officials.
4: A conglomerate of individual camps.
5: A democratic system of government decided by me.

Timeframes:
1: Permanent (can be revisited if there is enough interest)
2: A week
3: A month
4: 6 months

Votes shall be made aloud and be public.
