I honestly couldn't tell you. They just showed up in the chests. Plus I snagged a good pile of diamond picks from Sparkgears, and some more enchanted gold tools+random junk from some chests and ruined cottages marked as a gift to /tg/ from /k/.
Yeah those were donated
No iron veins in the entirety of the south! That really sucks. Alright, I'll unclaim Sparkgear. That's also a good idea letting Sparkgear be ruled by active Bay12ers.

There are supposedly iron veins in the mountains south of commonwealth, check the Taxapu map for the range.
There are no iron veins in the entire south, terrain generation bugged out and stopped dropping them after commonwealth or something. Btw, please don't claim sparkgear in anyone elses name, I'm resisting the urge to do so myself considering I basically still live there (well my stuff vault is there and whatever.) But it would be awesome if some semblance of government could be maintained there, since the old guys are back on the server. Depending on what everyone agrees to of course, my personal thought is that it remains as a technically socialist state, rule by general consensus of the active players, and the city basically just being a showcase of whatever we think is appropriate for that location. I have somewhat of a general idea of what would look good, but I've been busy doing other stuff, hoeever at some point I will come back and start making things look like a city, even an empty one. It'll never be a thriving metropolis of course, theres no real resources, it's ion the middle of nowhere and not close to any portals. Trees won't even grow there.(well there is the northern farm which needs expanding).
I honestly don't know, they might have generated as vanilla chunks somehow
FYI, Aufden said that particular Ice Mountains biome is bugged/doesn't have iron veins like it's meant to. He may have been lying, however.
I've seen mountains that contained iron veins, just need to look I guess.
Admittedly, we'll have a lot more once somebody goes and factory-ifies our ore, but yeah. That should happen.
Go east to /k/ompound and they'll refine the stuff for you.

EDIT:
If anyone uses an enchanted tool, make certain they don't break it completely, we can not only reset the repair cost but we can also repair the tool and save the
exp production costs since TTK decided making exp only available through fucking factories was a good idea.
I never had a problem with the concept of Xp factories, however what they've done to the wood cauldrons is insane, 4 bottles for a stack of soul sand, 16 glowstone, or endstone... what the fuck? The rest of the cauldrons require renewable and grindable crap.
It makes it harder for start-ups to enchant things though, which is really shitty. The only reason TTK put them in is because of the WP lobbies.

We need to nominate the consuls soon guys. We can't sit around and let Bob do all the work. We need the Warrior consul and Diplomatic/Admin consul still. Where are we going to fight for the position of Warrior Consul?

EDIT: We also need to move the factory from the EXP Hut to the new factory. We need to mass produce the stone we need for our future mega projects.

Maybe place a stone smelter in the mines themselves? How expensive are they? I know I dislike running all the way back into town whenever I get a full inventory.

They're cheap enough to make, but they actually give you more stone than you put in, so you'll be carrying even more stone if you smelt it at the mine. It's best to put the smelter at major construction sites and move the cobble.
However, a short rail line between the mine and the future factory or storeroom is a good idea.  I can set something like that up fairly easily, if you have rails.
Atm all the rails I'm gathering are earmarked for finishing the Epicus-Titan line.

Aight. We could, in theory, use the rails for now, and then reuse them for the main railway once we're done with the main buildsites back home.

I assume that most construction atm is going on near the center of town, that's only a few hundred meters from the mine, it should only take a couple of stacks of rail, if anyone finds mineshafts in the area that haven't been fully explored you could gather enough in an hour or 2. or. Rails are fairly cheap anyway and the time saved would be valuable.

I just went and processed our iron and some diamond with the /k/ompounders, paid them one diamond to repair their factory with. Almost all of it's in the ore chest in Fallout's castle's second floor, which I reinforced with another diamond for the group TGGov.

Also, the main diamond chest, the hidden one under the plebdormhovel, either got moved or is missing. I'd like confirmation one way or another.

Fallout claimed the first seat in some form of botch election, I really don't mind though, if you want to dispute it you're free to.
Noice
We also need a shill wave on the chinz to get more /tg/ dudes in, I'll have Falloutman get on it.

PTW?
PTW? Not sure what that stands for, but most of the info is in the OP. If you have any questions and noone's on to answer em you can hop on the mumble, and ask the guys from /k/ or /pol/ or Wulfkhaine your queries, our channels stick out like sore thumbs.
Maybe place a stone smelter in the mines themselves? How expensive are they? I know I dislike running all the way back into town whenever I get a full inventory.
They're cheap, all you need is 1048 stone or some odd, but you need that exact amount in the chest. You'll also need coal and a stick to run it.
Aight. We could, in theory, use the rails for now, and then reuse them for the main railway once we're done with the main buildsites back home.
We'll need powered rails though, might be able to buy some.

I have no idea what could have possibly happened to that one.

Last time I checked the stores there were enough plain rails to reach halfway to Titan, just need the powered ones really.

Getting on pretty soon to continue building the Warrior Consul arena. Anything else we need to do?

I'm too behind the times it seems.

Transportation system needs a ghetto tunnel dug to the line in between Titan and Rockwell, and then needs to have track laid. Roadways need to be spruced up. Resource collection. Try to start on a pumpkin farm so exp production can begin sooner than later. Need a stronghold, need a name for it too, need a second consul.
Plenty to do. We also need a proper factory building. I assume that's what the "steamworks" (as zanzet put it) are for, I STILL haven't visited to look at it though.
We need snitches to surround Tyguria too actually

Also, at some point we need to build a curtain-wall across the peninsula we're on, or dig/blast a moat, so we're less accessible.

Why?  We're a small town, any people would go after somewhere either larger or less populated.

Depends on the resource costs I guess.

We definitely need more new people from /tg/ to man the place. I'd like to see Tyguria have not only an actively evolving city but a decently large population where there's at least someone on at any time a day. It's hard to recruit autistic Aussies specifically, but I'm sure several will surface during a shill wave eventually  :P
