Yeah there's one in Himmler Highland which is due north east of the /tg/ settlement. If you show up from the north swing by there and ask anyone there for spruce saplings, if noone's there just chop one down from the top (there's an elevator somewhere in there, replant when you're done) and take all the saplings to the settlement.
MarcAFK and I are setting up a mega spruce tree farm. It won't be great but it'll start the community off I guess.

When you get there, go to the one chest you can access in the back of the storage area, through the back, as someone left that door opened.  Clear your inventory of all the junk and drop all the valuable shit into your inventory.  Some idiot forgot to lock the chest with all of the valuable stuff.  I've grabbed the diamond picks and a grab bag of the rest, but I can't get it all.

Chanada has some, mustercull makes it impossible to make super huge mob farms but you can put a bunch of cattle in one place.
