Hmm.

Going forward, what do we want to do with the Stronghold? Fallout's got a pretty nice house on the hill going in stone brick, and Aufdenstadt gave me a silk+effIV+unbIII diamond pick for no apparent reason, so we're in good shape as far as materials. Dwarven hollow-mountain bunker of doom? Giant castle? Really annoying to invade urban-cottages thing?

Bunker/castle would actually be really cool. Stone reinforced obsidian bunkers spread throughout town, one main potion bunker somewhere (maybe a later rail station) would be optimal for that. I dunno.

Hey, That's my Pick, Thor had it when I logged out, I suppose it's done a few laps of the place by now? Lol.  Just put it in a reinforced chest somewhere in the factory area, I'll find it (I'll need access to the factories though, except the stone one which is unreinforced).
Edit: BTW did Hooligan/jedi make it to the fort? Last I saw him he logged out in the rail line under the fort, I just finished making a stairway from it that leads to my forest.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

I have no idea if Jedi actually made it. He'll probably come back on and walk to the town later I'd imagine.
I think you have access to the coal smelter already, I'll have to double check

Didn't make it because my MC decided to crash and freeze my PC somehow. I'm still at the rail line and might be able to walk the rest of the way to the town.

I put a stairway right next to where you bugged out, the entrance has a pair of saplings either side of it.

Thanks, but I already made it to the town. Did you know where that line ended at?

I expanded the farm a little bit, not much though. There's also a ton of supplies I left in the stone brick fort in the chests if anyone wants them.

Is that the ravine I dug a short tunnel to under the Monastry? I plan on expanding that when I finish the road through the other forest.
