It would be in a huge hole in the ground, with doors on top, since you need a silo, which is already in the process of being dug out for other purposes.

I could dig two subchambers adjacent to the top of the silo, build the rocket without a nosecone, and then have a Gemeni capsule in one and a W-53 nuke in the other. They'd both basically be cones, but one would be solid and the other have a microroom inside. Entirely doable.

Shame we can't build a mobile air force.  I mean, I know how to make a slime block one we could send out and return to the city on in a N/S or E/W axis, but I have no idea how bad server lag would affect its ability.

@zanz; Given the tests I've seen of those things, I don't think a lagging server would end well.

You can make indefinite-range horizontal missiles that seem to handle lag remarkably well, though.

We could genuinely be a missile power, though they aren't terribly effective, even without Citadel.
