Night 5 Ends NotQuiteThere was standing watch over the comatose FallacyofUrist, when he heard something nearby. He turned around, and withdrew his favority pistol; he actually had two of them, but the other one was loaded with blanks, and this one had live ammo, making it his favorite. He searched for the source of the sound, firing a couple random shots to look for whomever it might be.
...
DoctorMcTaalik had decided who his last victim would be if he were to die; it seemed to him that as the mafia's numbers dwindled they appeared to get stronger, and as the last werewolf he knew he had very little chance. His only chance at saving his own hide was to bump that person off. He went to where he knew they would be while the moon was at it's highest, and tried to sneak up on him, but a few gunshots pushed him back. The loud reports of silver bullets chipping metal made him flinch, but he leaped out to attack his target.
...
It was right about then that the person formerly known as FallacyofUrist started to stir. "Who... who am I?" He asked. It seemed the stress of the scenario had overloaded his mind and caused him amnesia; he couldn't decide if his name was Shakerag or Oragami, and other voices flooded his thoughts as well. Many of the voices screamed at him to flee from the gun wielding maniac and the hairy beast that were duking it out right in front of him, while others told him he would be better off if they did him in...
In the morning, the townsfolk found "Shakescienceragguy" in the square, the two bodies of NQT and DrMcTaalik stacked up on cinder bricks to make a morbid fortress for him to hide in. He had dragged someone out of their home and was holding them at shiv-point, using a sharpened toothbrush to keep Varee from escaping. The wild look in his eyes told everyone that he would need a lot of attention to calm him down, but the evidence that he had gathered and piled around his fortress were enough to convince them of what NQT and the doctor had really been, and anyone that could do that while not thinking clearly had to be safe; But what about the man he had taken as a hostage? Varee was taken out carefully and searched, and it was evident that he had some potions on his body that would be effective in controlling the transformation of a werewolf; whether to hide as humans or to bring out their strength, the potions did it all. It was agreed he was the defector who had aided the wolves against the town, and that everything must be wrapped up. However, there wasn't much reason to stay in the city any more, so everyone raided a hospital, hotwired the ambulance, and they left together with "Shakescienceragguy" in the back towards a safer future, leaving Varee tied up in the cinderblock fort.NQT has been killed by the werewolves. He was a Mafia Rolecop. DoctorMcTaalik has been killed by the Mafia. He was a Master Wolf. There are no Werewolves or Mafia remaining.

Comrade Shamrock
You wait for Varee to do something, but he stays huddled in his home trying to get a busted television working.
Arcvasti
You create a distraction with some garbage cans and an angry racoon, causing TheDarkStar to leave his home, and then you raid it quickly while he's out. You find signs that he is simply an upstanding citizen, but no incriminating evidence.
TheDarkStar is Not Mafia
You spend some time waiting around the place where FallacyofUrist is staying, but nothing happens.
Kilakan
You were killed in the night.
Don't worry, though, your team could still win!

FallacyofUrist
You follow Arcvasti around in the dark, noting when she visits with TheDarkStar and then goes and stands guard around your own home.
You then go and check out Kilakan's house, using silver and wolvesbane to test his possessions; nothing reacts, and even the hair in his wastebasket doesn't move, so you decide he's Human. Unfortunately that was the last of your supply.
Persus13
You were killed in the night.
Don't worry, though, your team could still win!

DoctorMcTaalik
When you find Persus13, he is completely alone. It seems his home was just a tarp in an allyway, and it got blown away during the day's debate, so he's curled up shivering in the wind. Death would be a sweet release; too sweet, you think, and you tear him to pieces prolonging his suffering until he expires, just as the sun rises.
Teneb
FalacyofUrist's home looks clean; one of the nice places left in town. It seems he doesn't spend much time here; you also find traces of silver and the smoky scent of burnt wolvesbane in his home, but not enough to seriously do any harm to a werewolf such as yourself. He is a Tracker and 1-shot Seer.
TheDarkStar
You find Kilakan lazing around on a broken couch in a burnt-out appartment. He doesn't resist, it's easy to smother him.
RedMageCole('s replacement)

Comrade Shamrock
When you follow Arcvasti, you notice them stopping by Teneb's home and hanging around Tea's camp.
But, when you head back to your house you are assaulted in an alley. You are heavily bludgeoned, and the last thing you see before you black out completely and slip into the abyss is the twisted smile of a true mafioso.
You have died.
Arcvasti
You stop by Teneb's home; it was once a pair of dumpsters, but he's remodeled them into a passable dwelling. There aren't many furnishings or personal belongings, but there also isn't any sign that Teneb belongs to the mafia.
Not Mafia
You spend time near Tea's home, but don't see anyone.
Teneb
You grab a shovel and stalk Notquitethere down a street. You see your chance when he stops to tie his shoe, and you hit him over the head. You drag him into an alley and make him comfortable before going home, but not before tasting the blood seeping from the back of his head; it's sweet and salty and warm. You smile and leave him to wake up in his own time.
Doctor
You stay home sharpening your claws on a dummy.
The Dark Star
You wait for Comrade Shamrock in an alleyway, a blackjack and a kosh in your hands. Sure enough, he comes by on the way to his dwelling from his mysterious going-ons, and you step out of the shadows and start beating on him heavily. He hardly defends himself, and you turn him over to beat in his face as well. The look of fear on his face is satisfying, and he slowly expires.
NotQuiteThere
You head towards Fillipk's place, but on your way someone hits you on the back of your head with what feels like a shovel. You wake up in the morning feeling rested but with a headache.
No Result
NotQuiteThere
You look for Varee's home. He is quite good at hiding, but once you find it you are in shock. Paintings of the moon, large scale pictures of wolf packs, and arcane symbols typically associated with werewolves; as well as potions that if you had to guess increased their strength in wolf form and kept them human during the day; Obviously this is the home of a Defector helping the werewolves!
You angrily smash a couple potions, adding to the mess of smashed potions already there, since obviously the brutish wolves have trouble with their fine motor abilities; it's not noticeable enough that Varee would know you've been there.
TheDarkStar
Journeying to FillipK's abode, you happen upon the sword that was used in today's lynch. You giggle with glee, and continue with your task. Fillipk is sleeping, and you hack his head off with two sword swings. You then carry his head to the central square where the gatherings have been taking place, stick it onto the sword, and stick the hilt into a fountain as a warning.
You head towards your own home......
Having left your warning in the square, you head home, only to feel someone tap on your shoulder from behind. You turn around and see a wide grin from a friendly face. He offers to walk you home, and you agree that the streets aren't safe... you did just kill someone after all, you think to yourself. This is great, your thoughts continue, two victims in one night! However, once you near your home you start noticing some changes in your walking companion... maybe it's that his gait is more jilted, or maybe he's larger, or his cuspids have elongated... wait a second, you think, just before he turns on you.
You fight bravely, despite having left your weapon behind you, and wound him, but your attacker does not give up; and he keeps getting stronger as you weaken. Soon enough, you expire from the blood loss.
FillipK
You are sleeping soundly in your bed, dreaming of a world without werewolves or mafia, when you are awoken by a sharp pain in your neck. And suddenly you can't feel the rest of your body, just your head and what's left of your neck. You feel the pain again, and someone yanks your hair, and you can see your body being left behind as you're lifted up. The pain is unbearable, and you pass out, never to wake again.
DoctorMcTaalik
You wander out early, quaffing one of your last potions to delay your transformation a little. Eventually, you run into TheDarkStar and offer to walk him home, where you know it will be safer to kill him. You continue on a ways, and he seems awfully silent; thinking, probably, and from the demented grin on his face you guess he was out and about for a while. You can feel the effects of the potion wearing off, and slowly start your transformation, directing TDS into a dead-end alley without him noticing. As soon as he catches on, you reveal your claws and start gouging into him, but he fights back, and manages to slightly wound you. It will heal when you turn human again, but you know it's going to bother you. Eventually he stops struggling, and you leave.
Deus Asmoth
You put on a disguise and leave your home for the night, locking it securely, and set yourself up in a decoy home. You don't notice anybody while you are there, but you know they can be discrete when needed.
Doctor McTaalik You locate your target's home, but someone is standing outside with a base-ball bat. You can see it glow faintly, so it must be made of silver or an alloy. You leave without killing Tea, but your bloodlust is not sated.
NotQuiteThere: You have just left your home, when your pager buzzes. Someone has tripped an external alarm on your home. You head back to see them just leaving, and follow them elsewhere, where you find them standing guard outside the home of someone else. A glance confirms that it is in fact Arcvasti, and while their baseball bat would intimidate someone with any other weapon, you happen to have your lucky knife with you. You sneak around and get behind them, then put your knife to their throat. "I saw you at my home. I'm sure you know what I do to people who see my home," you whisper, before slicing them open and leaving them to bleed out. Your job is done tonight.
Arcvasti
You survey NQT's place and your worst fears are realized. Cameras, bugs and wiretaps fill the place, in between guns, swords, and every blunt weapon imaginable. NQT isn't being subtle about protecting his interests, nor was he careful about being discovered. You run away, fearful of being discovered.
You spend the rest of the night defending Tea's house with a baseball bat - the famous aluminum-silver one that you actually got signed by the batter who threw it into the stands when he got his first home-run in the last baseball game you saw before the city went to shit. Once or twice you think you see a figure in the shadows, but all goes smoothly until you feel a knife tip against your throat. "I saw you at my home," NQT whispers. "I'm sure you know what I do to people who see my home."
You know what happens. After the knife does it's work you black out quickly.
You died.
