Please tell me the Royal Physician didn't go to the same college as the Spymaster.

Let's be a Heretic Sage, with a stat spread like this:

Health: 1
Theology: 4+2
Doomsaying: 2+1
Miracles/Calamities: 2
Writing/Reading: 1+1

This, but replace sage with chosen one. GM said some of them had special effects, and this probably has some good ones.

I wish I could unwatch a thread because every time I look at this I can feel myself dying faster
Dying of laughter?
Dying of pure unbridled hatred, actually.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

I'm up for this, though I'd like to move one point from Theology into Astrology.  I'd say Tarot, but in this case...  We already know everyone's future.  Their faces will be melted by the great Zorp's volcano mouth.  Or something.

You make a compelling argument!  I loved that game so much.

Could be done, though I don't quite see much of a use for elementary Astrology when we could do much more with the potent anti-priest cocktail that knowing our spiritual stuff very well (Theology) and a good deal of persuasion (Doomsaying) wouldn't.

Well, the actual good argument against combining Heretic and Chosen One would be that it's exactly the heretical chosen one (like, say, Joan of Arc) that people who persecute heretics hate most, so any benefits from being the chosen one would be outweighed by the geometrically greater authorities' distaste for us.

How much political power does the church wield? Is there some sort of inquisition?
