Giichi shakes his head.

"I'm strong enough that I can probably carry two at a time. Not that we're in much of a rush, digging the graves will take time."

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

"Well, since I'm the Ultimate Boxer, upper body strength is kind of my thing. If you'd like, you could find a good spot for them and start digging, and I'll bring them out."

"Ultimate Gamer here. Not much for strength, but if you want reflexes, I'm your girl. I don't intend to play this 'game'- and I use that term loosely- though." Valery goes outside, looking for a suitable spot for the graves.

The moment he stepped onto the island, Sota knew it was a trap.  All the signs were there.  Only weeks ago, despite being hidden in his underground bunker, he was contacted by this so-called "Apex Academy".  They told him he was special.  That he was worthy of entering this incredible school that just so happened to be on a secluded island out in the middle of nowhere and under no supervision.  Sota may not have gotten out much, but he was no fool.  Yet, he was uncertain what this "Academy" would do to him if he said no, so he reluctantly agreed.  Now here he is.

While walking onto the island and into the Antechamber, Sota eyed his fellow students with suspicion.  Soon after, he stood and watched the talking badger and the gory spectacle that took place.  As students panicked, Sota simply stood there unphased.  He wasn't afraid of this murder game.  He was ready.  He wouldn't die here.  It was time for the "Ultimate Survivalist" to live up to his title.
-----------
Sota approached the students who were surrounding the dead bodies.  "Trying to give them a proper burial?  Mind if I lend a hand?"

John approaches the burying group. He seemed to be thinking about the ramifications of this whole thing, "A murder game has to be incredibly taxing on the psyche of the players. The winner will be studied for decades to come. I feel awful for her though, knowing the kind of trauma they are likely to have to live with. Let's give these people a proper burial." He helps carry if needed.

Giichi looks at the two who approached him and gives a small smile.

"Thanks, you two. I can handle two of them at once on my own, so I'll leave the other two to you."

With that, Giichi walks over and collects the corpses of two of the students who'd gone down at first, hoisting one over each of his shoulders and trying his best to ignore their cooling blood on his arms and shirt as he carried them out to where Valery was digging.

((If we're talking life expectancy, I don't expect Giichi to be the first, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if he doesn't die early on.))

Sota responded with a smile of his own.  It appeared genuine, but Sota had trained himself to hide his true feelings.

"Of course!"

Sota picked up one of the bodies with both hands and followed the unknown student.  While walking, he quickly inspected the corpse he was carrying for any items that could be useful.

John smirked to himself upon noticing Sota. "You're not going to get that by me, I'm the ultimate psychologist. I'm not sure which ultimate you are, but if it makes you feel better, they would probably want you to have anything that could help you live."

Leonhard snapped out of his reverie quietly, without a start. He was good at keeping up an act even while distracted.

He'd come to a conclusion. There was a great deal of intricacies to it, but at heart, it boiled down to this being a play. A tragedy. This was supposed to end in one of two ways, he was certain. Either a couple who fall in love nearly at first sight end up being the last ones alive, and one commits suicide to spare the other, followed by Monobadger killing them for not having been the last fairly, or some reasoning along those lines, or one person survives and is tossed out into the world where they're committed as a lunatic for their ravings of this incident.

He planned for it to end in a third. He was unlikely to survive; his character traits didn't suit the role, and besides, his ability at acting made him a suspect. Combined with the presence of the Ultimate Psychologist, Writer, and Magician...the only way he would survive long enough to complete his task would be to not kill anyone at all, and run the risk of his being killed off early in the act.

He had to ensure the right person survived. Someone who could convince others they were telling the truth, or bring down Apex Corporation without needing to.

And more importantly, get the script he was now furiously scribbling published.

((Someone's got their priorities straight  :P))

By now, Valery is nearly done digging the second of the four graves.

((Rolep is my hero  :P))

I, and the other body carriers, should be almost there. The boxer should get there first, so I'll let them take the lead here.

Giichi arrives at the graves first, and lays down the two he's carrying next to the already-dug graves.

"Thankfully, I won't have to make two trips. Those two," Giichi gestures at John and Sota," both came and offered to help get the other two out here. You want any help with the rest of the digging? I could go double-check the shed and see if there isn't another shovel in there."
