"Heh, you wouldn't happen to be a benevolent talking dog, would you? I mean, you killed that guy, so you can't be all bad, right?" says PFC Fridge to the German Shepherd.
If not, try to gauge its intent. If it tries to attack, throw it off balance with some minor telekinesis and use the time afforded to shoot.
You detect a something faint in your mind, like a whisper. The dog winks, then comes and licks your hand. You see a man come from the hallway next to you, you eye each other cautiously.
Alright, that was a stupid. Get out of the bed, and see about getting into another room. If it's locked, lock pick it like before, if I still have an air knife, or if my epic blade is good for that sort of thing.
You pick through several rooms without an issue, they are all either empty, or sparsely decorated. You find a lighter, and a variety of computer cables. Upon entering one of the rooms, you find that it is much larger, and more luxurious than the others. The wall between it and another room has been knocked down, allowing the room to contain a large bed, a dresser, and a large, heavy-duty chest. You try to pick it open, but fail. This thing is very well built. It could be forced open, but if not done carefully it's contents may be destroyed.
You move to search another room near the end of the hallway, when you see a man in a military uniform standing next to the dog. There is a man laying dead in pool of blood beside them.
Well that wasn't helpful at really. Now i'm gonna get it for murdering guards. Ok, I really got to get out of here now.
I examine the corpses of the two guards for anything useful. In fact, if the guard without the watermelon hole's uniform isn't too bloody, I wear it as a disguise in addition to looting. Once that's done, I see what they were carrying.
You put on the intact mans uniform, the black color of the uniform conceals any small bloodstains. You find multiple knifes, they have a metal piece over the handle, allowing them to function as a knife or a pair of brass knuckles. One of the men has a ultra-thin card strapped into the inside of his sleeve, it has a green line running through it, you attach it on the same place of your uniform. You also find a flashlight, and take a radio off one of the men.
Remain hidden, let the men get by. Did the other one go into the elevator and down? If spotted, increase the gravity of their heads in relation to each other so that they fly violently together. Then loot the weapons. Be on guard against whatever is in the examination room, and the return of theguy in the elevator.
The other man did go on the elevator. The men walk over to the door and you sit very still. You remain unseen. They seem to be having trouble opening the door, it smokes a bit, as if someone tampered with it. One of the men says
"They must not have finished replacing the motors". Their backs are turned on you, they begin what looks like a manual override on the door.
((More units of magnetic field intensity? Please don't fix that. I can use that!)) Lots of cardboard boxes, more gauss, a roll of gauze, some medical tape, bandages, a box of rubber gloves, a stethescope, 3 syringes, many "popsicle" sticks, many cotton balls, broken knife.
Yes, hehe, I wanted to see if you would notice.
Take few rubber gloves, blade of the broken knife, popsicle sticks and the tape. Magically MacGyver up a small pistol that can launch syringes and other small objects (like pens, marbles, ect) at great speeds.
Are the syringes empty?
You successfully create your pistol. Blood, sweat, and tears, but mainly tears. It can launch small objects like you described at high speeds using compressed air, and a bit of strangeness from your powers. You hear the door making a grinding noise, and smoke a bit, it sounds like people are talking on the other side of it.
Ugh....Where am I? How did I get here? What's going on? Phil thinks to himself as he wakes up. After briefly investigating the two rooms below, Phil considers his options. I need to gather information so I understand what's going on. Someone in the place must be able to tell me something....
Amplify my sight to 200% normal human levels. Look through the office grate. Estimate the distance between the ceiling and the floor. Check if the grate is removable. Identify any technology present in the office (Especially control panels or computers). If the person in the office starts talking using any kind of communication device, stop amplifying my sight and amplify my hearing to 300% (or higher if necessary) so that I can hear both sides of the conversation.
(if I still have time left in my turn, do the following as well)
Look through the engine room grate with 200% amplified sight. Estimate the distance between the ceiling and the floor. Check if the grate is removable. Identify any technology present in the engine room. Stop amplifying my sight and amplify my hearing to 200%. Listen to any conversations taking place. If no one at all is speaking, stop amplifying my hearing, pick a single individual in the engine room, and observe what happens when I try to reduce his sight to 25% for 5 seconds. (I'm trying to check if these are just clones or actually robots. I'm expecting my abilities to have no effect at all on a robot)
I'm going to let you do everything this time, but it is really going to tire your character out. Mainly allowing it because you are using only partial capacity instead of full power for every action.
You guess that it is about 7 feet from ceiling to floor in the office, although much higher in the larger room. The office man just sits there and handles a bunch of papers, they looking to be equipment manifests. He does have a computer to his right, currently off.
You guess that it is about 13 feet from ceiling to floor in the engine room. You see a lot of different components. It mainly looks like all of the old commercial components are being replaced by more advanced, state of the art components, you see many complex terminals and potential plugins. You are not sure if you would know how to use them though, seems you would have to have knowledge in such things. You reduce the vision of one man, and he trips smashing face first into a railing. He should be fine, he attracts a lot of attention.
