It is several centuries in the future. Recently, you were exposed to deadly amounts of one of the exotic elements that allow our warp drives to function. Though most who have this occur die a quick death, or go insane, you are different. At first you noticed strange things happening; your coffee suddenly becoming very hot when one of your enemies walked by, or you dropping something, just to have it float back from the ground into your hands.
You are very lucky, among a very small group of people who do not die from exposure, but instead gain these powers. The last thing you remember is having a hood being put over your head, and being injected with something that must have been a sedative.
This is my first RTD, I am planning on making a larger one, but first I wish to do this one. One reason is that I should probably go small for my first dive into this. Another reason is that I am not completely sure how the 'space magic' should function, and I want to try out my different ideas. You can think of the 'space magic' (I'll come up with a better name..) as something akin to amps in Einsteinian Roulette, or Pyskers in Warhammer 40K.
I'm sure many of you are familiar with this. It will use pretty standard rtd mechanics. Please post actions in bold. There are some things to consider when using your powers. The powers are like a muscle, the more you use them, the more powerful you will become. If you use them to much or do something you are not quite capable of yet, you might break yourself. If you push yourself too hard, a die will be rolled to see how bad the side effects are. But, if you hit your use limit, all you have to do is wait a bit before using your powers again.
At the beginning of the game I will roll two dice to determine the the initial mind strength and endurance stats of your characters.
Unless you are doing something that is beyond your characters means, or very complex, you will automatically succeed. It is assumed that your characters have some practice under their belt, so simple actions are easy enough for them to complete.

Type of Power: Magical MacGyver. Build fantastic things using things that shouldn't result such fantastic things. And he weeps every time someone uses space magic. Everytime. Even when he himself uses it.

Type of Power: Sensual Modification. Can amplify or reduce the effectiveness of a person's sense of sight, hearing, touch, taste, or smell. The maximum amplification is 10 times normal human levels, while the maximum reduction is 0.1 times normal human levels (Basically 1000% to 10%, so I can't make anybody blind, but I can come close). This can be used on myself or others, and this effect gradually wears off If I stop mentally focusing on it.
