For one, the only similarity between this and AGE is that some of the stats have the same name. Otherwise, not a single similarity, so don't go quoting that like doctrine. Furthermore:
System works on a basis of 3d6+Attribute+Focus(if applicable) vs TN. For hit TN, It's 10+ACC for Target (goes for both enemy or hero) Damage is 1d4+STR or WILL or DEX+(applicable bonuses)
What in the name of oblivion is going on in here? Break down a turn of combat for me, no abbreviations. A few skills aren't even involved, or they are and you just forgot to update the names.
magic -snip-
So basically everyone casts a super OP drawbacked spell and combat ends there? yeah okay, seems good
TN Tests:
Routine 7
Easy 9
Average 11
Challenging 13
Hard 15
Formidable 17
Imposing 19
Nigh Impossible 21
TN damage ratios plox? Kind of, um, essential.
You do not alter personalities or become a new person. You are still you. One personality, one true self.
Each form will have different stat pools than the mundane form.

Use of language aside, this is just asking for minmaxing. I understand one of the drawbacks is to knock them out of magical mode, but there are better ways to do this. Removing all of their access to magic outside of magical mode would be a good start.
I am not even sure why Sanure exploded so much here. This is the post Smurf posted, and the post right immediatly after this was Sanure kicking him.
So what do we have here?

Okay, that was worded without much respect, but honestly, it's hardly insulting.

This is correct. The system has changed a lot from the AGE base it stands on.

Now THIS, this is maximum justified. The explanation given by Sanure is not just abbreviated, it's cut so short that being confused and asking what this is supposed to mean is entirely justified.
So basically everyone casts a super OP drawbacked spell and combat ends there? yeah okay, seems good
Well, sarcasm aside, I have made my standpoint on the spell system at that point in time, and the spells given as examples, clear. Let's just say that they are, poorly chosen for exemplary spells to explain the system with. ((And sometimes when you actually do something silly, people just deserve being called out on it. That's not called attacking someone, that is just what comes naturaly when you do something silly, and no player or GM is above doing something silly and people noticing it was silly)).

Truth. We needed examples of what kind of damage a "hard" spell is supposed to deal. Asking for this information is entirely justified.

Truth to be told, I am not even sure what Smurf means, but he is voicing a concern that this kind of system invites minmaxing. Shouldn't he voice his concerns *before* the rules are finished, while the iron is still hot for consideration?
So to sum it up, the only things that are annoying, and really not much more than that, not offensive or attacking Sanure, but just annoying, is A) Smurf starting the post in a slightly disrespectful tone, NOTE, he did however avoid insults, and B) Smurf sarcasticaly mocking the example spells, which really, is not entirely uncalled for.
Yes, he did that, eventhough Sanure said "This is unfinished, do not critique", but really, does that warrant a kick? The post is a mild annoyance, that Sanure normaly would have shrugged off, if it wasn't for Sanure being currently in a stressful situation, under a lot of pressure and thus easily irritable.
This is why we have 3 GMs, because even if one is currently in a very stressed and irritable state of mind, there are 2 others who are more cool headed at this time, and can look at this more objectively. Sanure clearly said it, Elf and Projec are not secretaries, but equals to Sanure. Until at least one more GM has openly agreed to the kick, I think it should not be stated as a certain fact.
A kick is a very severe decision. It should not be done in the heat of the moment.
also, yes I am aware Smurf is on watch list because of furry-related incidents, but just a post of criticism is on a far, far lower level of agitation than a furry-shitstorm.
edit: also Lampreys are hideous creatures, and you should feel inadequate for liking them over Huskies.
