Anyways, Char Sheet is up in the OP. A detailed explanation of who things works to come later.

Basics:

Stats have a cap of 3+ your level. So a single stat can have 4 stat points at level 1. 5 at level 2.
Perks work the same, but there are no longer class perks.
Spell creation system soon, so don't worry about that yet.
Equipment functions the same, except armor gives flat increases to AC. Usually it's +1 or +2.
AC is a flat block. It will always block the listed number.
Hit TN is 10 plus your Dex. If the attack fails to hit you, then you have successfully dodged.

I'll be back in like an hour or so to post the more advanced explanation.

IMPORTANT QUESTION:
Does the Intelligence stat have to be reflected in-RP? I mean, just because she can't craft alchemy stuff doesn't mean she's a dolt.

Once again there's the problem of higher stats being OP compared to lower stats. Combats are going to last months.

Intelligence does not reflect a characters intelligence RP wise. The stat is only used for combat or crafting.

Hm... so Fusa-fusa Musume's spells would be:

Fluffy Prison: Wraps the target in lots and lots of fluffy furs, dealing no damage, but hindering movement.
-10 turn cooldown.
-User is forced out of magical form.
-User takes 10 damage.
-User can't act for 10 turns.

Fluffy Flurry: Performs an attack rush, where the user can perform hundreds of attacks in a couple seconds, but conjures fluffy furs with each attack, preventing the enemy from being hurt, but also restricting their movement until they've freed themselves from the fluffy furs.
-10 turn cooldown.
-User is rendered unconscious.
-User is forced out of magical form.
-User takes 30 damage.
-User takes quadruple damage for 10 turns.

This is supposed to be Fusa-fusa Musume's most powerful techniques, and completely improvised, since she can't really fight.

the current spell system is already in the works of being, well, reworked. IT will be a bit less..well..It will offer many fun and easy ways to use it, without one-shotting yourself

They're not meant for combat, it's more of casting spells so fast it does physical harm to the user.
Since Fusa-fusa Musume has never fought before, and may just do something stupid.

But I'd like to see how someone would free themselves after being Fluffy Flurried, since that's a lot of furs.

You all have greivances you want to get out right? I'm giving you a one time chance to directly influence how this game works.

I want PMs about the problems you are having with this game to Me, Elf, and PRojeck. No one else needs to see this PM. If Anyone besides your Username or the GMs is on it, It will be only be answered to you.

We will answer any questions you have and help fix any problems you see. If you do not send a PM, Then nothing will be done.

After this, I will be enacting GM Rule Zero, probably around Monday.
