I find this important: The Rules that have been posted in the OP are not Complete. They won't be until I hammer out some problems with magic and melee balance. I assumed me stating in the OP that they weren't finished would be enough, but apparently not.

Now, if you have suggestions PM them to me, Elf, and Projeck.
