Short girl with long black hair, blue eyes, fair skin, and soft flesh. She wears a light grey t-shirt, which is thick and rugged, her pants are brown grey, also looking thick and rugged, she wears a blue jacket, again, it's thick and rugged, her socks are dark green, and reaches to her knees, they're made of wool. Finally, she wears thick and warm boots.
Magical:
The hair puffs up, becoming fluffy, her eyes get a shine in the dark, her skin tans slightly, and her flesh becomes even softer, also, she gets magnificent breasts. Her t-shirt turns into a crimson scarf, while her jacket shrinks into a black t-shirt, her pants become black bike shorts, her socks become white, and her boots turns into thick soled zori. Her hair turns white, a pair of fluffy white fox ears emerge from her head, and a big fluffy white fox tail emerge from her behind. Then a Kimono appears and adorns her body, with a black background adorned with vivid flames. The fabric is softer and warmer than it should be, it also makes a tingly sensation when you touch it.
Background: Kasai Wakana Yukimura was born of very energetic parents, she has 8 older and 19 younger brothers and sisters. Her life went as normal, but one day, when she was 7 and with her family on a winter vacation in the mountains, a snowstorm struck. Kasai got lost and wandered into a forest, where she encountered a freezing fox, who also had gotten lost. Kasai, being cold herself, took the fox and put it inside her jacket, trying to warm it up. The fox didn't bite her, even though it was alive, as Kasai wandered around, trying to find help.
Sadly, the fox died of the cold, but it's spirit was thankful of Kasai's act, being able to experience some warmth before it's death, and possessed her, turning her into Fusa-fusa Musume. If it wasn't for this, Kasai would most likely die in the forest, just like the fox, as it allowed her to conjure fluffy fur, to keep her warm for a while longer. When Kasai was found by mountain rescue people, she had reverted back to her normal form, and was still covered in fluffy furs, but also freezing. Luckily, as if by some sort of miracle, no amputation was needed.
Power: Fluffy Fur - Defensive, the fur can be warm (protects from cold), waterproof, or even both.

General Perk(s) - Fluffy Warmth: +1 WIS on rolls regarding warmth and fur, especially if it's to ward against or combat cold.
Plot Perk(s) - (You will get these during plots or at random. GMs will hand them out as seen fit.)
Extra:
Impairments: Near sighted, has problems reading from a distance, this is even worse in Fusa-fusa Musume form, where the fox and human eyes don't mix too well.
Running in Fusa-fusa Musume form, the added height and weight of the breasts is something neither Kasai nor the fox is used to, so they're worse at running.
