Looks good for the most part. I assume the passive is only when in magic form?
Other than that, I believe the passive should be the perk, instead. Of course, I'll get Elf and Sanure's opinions. Mainly for the sake of balance.

@SB, your HD are 1d10 HP, 1d12 SP, and 1d8 AP. You take full dice roll first level, so HP is 10+2, SP is 12+3, and AP is 8+2.

As for Perks:

Class Perk- Weapon summoner: +1 WIS each Level UP. Grants the ability to summon Weapons. Only one weapon may be present at a time.
General Perk- Battle Cry: +5 Morale Recovery each turn while in battle.

Okay, I think I get it now. It's just that a couple of people have their class perk do more than a bonus to stats, which confused me. Also, that's the entire point. Mission accomplished.

EDIT: I still have no idea what regular Sven's perk should be, nor what values armour should get, but at least everything else should be good.

What if it's a weapon that normally exists in pairs, like hookswords, or certain types of smallsword?
