Boy, long ass day. We served a 500 man graduation party today, so many drunk teens oh god were they hungry. This is the first time we legit ran out of all the main food and all the reserve food and hadc to emergency cook almost everything we had prepared for tomorrow to get them fed. Thankfully I am free tomorrow and dont have to care at all that those working tomorrow have nothing prepared and also wont get any fresh food delivered to make up for it, muhahahaha, they are so fucked.

Lincoln City, Oregon. It has literally massive sand dunes, tidepools, is a metropolis, and gets flooded often enough that a good two thirds of the buildings are built on stilts.

When choosing a location, think of the logistics. New York expensive as hell to live in. The cheap stuff is literal closets and you get charged the same as you would for a three bedroom apartment for one. Not to mention  terrainwise it's pretty limited.

Oregon on the other hand is extremely varied, has deserts, metropolitan, urban, forests, woods, the only Mushroom Biome on the planet, shrubland, mountains, snowy areas, rolling hills, beaches, lotsa lakes, rivers, extensive cave systems, plains, and so on. Not to mention I know the state.
