Steroids works on most mammals, although the dosage needs to be adjusted. Not sure how it works on everything else.

I think that, maybe, if you have a bloodstream with liquid suitably similar to our own plasma, and your body does not have an equivalent liver organ / your equivalent liver organ is not strong enough to no sell the chemical, it should work.

Ehh, nah, SB, this is obviously a combat-heavy serious and scientific mystery game set in space.

After a bit of research, I found that steroids boosts testosterone production, which is found in nearly all vertebrates. If it has hormones, steroids is going to give it the business.

Depending on the dosage. A dosed 6 week course has little to no side effects in the long term. Over a period of several months, though? You basically age many times faster than normal. Think of it as a type of biological overclocker.
