@Twin, your perk will do as written on tin, your able to change shape into various animals or people, though the form you were in is the one the stats are based on. and you may have a metallic tint to your normal color while shape-shifted.

For general Perk Twin, do you have anything specific for it?

@SB, You still need stats for Amaterasu unless you plan on defaulting Sokka to normal human (which is 10 in each stat.) if you do, His HD are all 1d8.

Also, For class, do you deal with summoning as a whole or just a focus on weapons?

I said I'll do that when I'm on my computer! It's much more difficult on a phone for me.
And... Ehh... Weapons.
So eventually I can have *pulls twelve-foot great sword out of nowhere* as a legitimate action. :P

For clarification, that means that my character can basically turn entirely into metal, and change the shape of that metal, right?

And I didn't have any ideas for general perk. Open to suggestions.

Correct. I would actually change the name to Metallic Changeling just to further state that but that's just me. :P

Hmm, as for a perk... How about "Hardened: +1 STR on level up" ?

That works. Also, the changeling in that sense didn't mean shapeshifter; it meant the kind where a Fae child is swapped with a human one at birth.

That kind of perk would be part of the class perk. If you did want to do that, you'd want to make it every 2 levels. It's a level one perk, after all.

Combat rules are finally up! And, uh... They have a few problems, Sanure.

A. What do you roll to hit and what modifiers do you add to it? I can't see anything about it in the OP.
B. How do you determine Armour Class? I know that each point has a 50% chance to reduce damage by 1 (which seems weirdly arbitrary), but I don't know how to calculate it.
C. 1d6 + (mod)d6 + anything else is... A ton of damage, when you compare it to 1d8~12 + CON mod HP. After a couple of levels the problem isn't as bad, but in the early game everyone is in severe danger of being one-shotted. Attacks really need to be scaled back by quite a bit, or else combat is going to be incredibly random with so many dice being thrown around.

A. Yeah I realized I left something off...
B. 5+Con Mod+Any armor you have.
C. It's not as bad as you might think. So lets take Sen for example. She has 3d6 die of Melee damage. At best she can roll 18 for her damage. Now we have a general enemy, let's take the golem with a DR of 15. Typically a Golem will have a lot of health as well as armor, even for level 1.  Anyways, Since AC has to be both the Magic resistance and Physical Defense item. The other thing I can think of to make it slightly better would be separate it into AC and RC (resistance class)

A. Okay. Then what will that be?
B. That's... Barely anything. An extra point to the modifier of a damage stat gives you +1d6 damage. The same increase to CON gives you half a point of physical damage resistance. That's pretty crap and severely weakens tank builds. The bonus from CON needs to be a lot bigger.
C. Golems aren't the typical enemy though, since 15 AC is obviously quite a lot for any creature to have at level 1. The average player will have 6~8 AC, which is enough to negate 1d6 of damage on average. That still leaves 2d6 or more damage to wreck havok on their HP.
