I have not been in the best of mods the past few days. Better now. I'll be spending most of today updating the OP with various things, from how combat will work and possibly the alchemy system (which I have done nothing with yet.). Various other things will be finished as well.

Feh. I've played both DoTA and LoL. Prefered LoL (fuck da polis), although both having toxic communities, I'm not a fan of MOBAs anymore.

All of those are subjective.
I personally dislike constant updates (I want to play games, not wait on the newest patch to install).
Variety also means less focus.
The Steam UI isn't a good thing, it's just a thing.

Focus as in LoL, where only like 20 out of 100 heroes are relevant to the meta, and instead of doing what Icefrog does when he updates the game, that is weaken the current meta and buff those that see less play, LoL goes ahead and reinforces the meta. Yep, that's focus alright

So the rules are constantly changing? So you either have to inspect items in-game, or keep a constant watch, not missing a single patch note.
It's subjective. Some like it, others don't.
