If i remember correctly, you need to find a kobold bulb from a swamp. Distill it and you gnomeblight out of it. Probably a poison of some sort but as of yet you can not do anything with it other than sell it to caravans

It's probably nuclear waste. Their citizens won't allow them to store it in their own countries, so they're trying to pull a fast one by selling it to unsuspecting dwarves.
