Quietly offer the pest control to Cracks, and post the others. Point Mottles there and suggest that if our business gets bigger, we could possibly use someone shown to be reliable to show people the door.

Be extremely polite to the powerful magic user, and put it in a prominent position on the board. Level 100 people are likely at least two digits more level than us.
