I had the idea before, but today I think she got wise to it (she's been getting a lot faster and more agile too). Now she's attacking my upper legs.

I went through this phase with my kitten last year and I'm going to say that the best option is to just bear and grin it. Like other people have said, wear thick socks if she's biting really hard and I would only spray her with anything if she's being genuinely bad.

I've got a dog that was very much the same when it was a puppy, difference being it's a large dog and thus really friggin hurt when it bit my heels/ect.  What you can do is start walking without lifting your feet very much/and just not stop/go around/go over the kitten.  It won't get hurt (as long as you aren't trying to hurt it) and once it realizes that feet/legs are kinda dangerous to be running under/around it'll stop.

Basically for my dog I just had to 'walk-through' it for a week and then it realized that it isn't gonna make me stop/go around it by attacking my legs.

My cat used to do the same thing, except her paws would get stuck on the threads sometimes, so I'd get a distressed cat permanently attached to my foot. She grew out of this, eventually.

Teach her to respect the foot. When she starts playfighting with your foot, you should fight back and win. That is, you need to roll her around with your foot until she gets sick of it and bails out.

This seems sound advise. Turn it into a game she usually loses; shell either find a new game, or learn to win. Depends on her attitude. I've had cats that won't play a game they lose, or get even more aggressive about it. What she really needs, though, is a sibling, even an older cat. Right now you're her only sibling. Cats will often play with dogs if they get along, and a lot of that is helping the cat feel comfortable with the dog and curbing aggressive behavior and encouraging light play in the dog.

Either way, she wants your attention, she wants to play with you. Beating up your feet is her game. If you don't want to play, find another game. Fight with your hands. Could just be her primary means of getting your attention. If so, ignore her when she does that, give her attention when she does something you're okay with responding to constantly, like meowing.

Edit; I wonder if velociraptors can make good dog replacements. Adorable little feathered menaces. Maybe tasty eggs? We don't know!

Well, now I want to mod into DF a species of cavern-dwelling cat sized velociraptors for taming and using for vermin control and egg production.

Lady Panzor "plays" with my dog sometimes by clinging to his hind legs until he gets fed up and runs away. He's like 10 times her size and years older than her, but he's a big baby.

FAKEEDIT: The cat fell in the toilet. I didn't witness it, but deduced it since there's no other large puddles of water lying around for her to get into (she was soaked). So I gave her her second bath this year. She hated it even more than she did the first time.
