Well, you only offered it if you could get a profit out of it, which the council can't guarantee. I'm sure you can negotiate directly with Stratos.

I said I'd offer money if I would have a stake in the school and the admission fees. If the school flops I don't expect the city to cover it. Sorry if that wasn't clear, I expected more discussion.

Again, that's up to you and Stratos, not the council. Iituem doesn't have us vote on every single variant of each proposal, otherwise we would never stop voting.
