Awesome wolves
« on: August 12, 2007, 01:28:00 am »

Early winter, 1059.

Many dwarves were constructing roads. Then a large wolf pack appeared. Workers all dropped their jobs and ran for their lives. My swordwarf and his war dog fought heroicly and got killed by wolves.

Then I noticed 7 dogs and my heavy-armored axedwarf were all chasing a lone wolf! (This picture below explains more) They just ignored their comrade, the poor swordwarf.

Oh, when my butcher carried a wolf corpse to his workshop, I noticed that wolf had a name.

Yeah, critters that slay dwarves get names and are added to the legends/engraving material.
