A crystal encased skull goblet sits on a lone plinth amidst the confines of a crumbling mausoleum, from it you can feel an intense desire for bloodshed an death though at the same time you feel as if this object that forms your Heart could grant someone the ability to defy death itself. As you fully awaken into the world you begin to sense that your domain is larger than this small, and crumbling chamber. Without hesitation you cast your mind outwards, and find a vast graveyard sprawled out around the mausoleum that contains your Heart with dozens if not hundreds of graveyards radiating out from the base of the hill where your Heart rests. The entire area is shrouded in fog, but to you the scene is clear as day, and the feeling of death is abundant throughout this decaying graveyard.

With the awareness of your domain comes a fountain of knowledge that you know all Dungeons come to know when they're born, the objects that form your Dungeon Heart are artifacts of extreme value to the Mortal Races, and they are only made stronger by your existence further feeding their strength. The Mortal Races delve into Dungeons in order to claim the items that make up your Dungeon Heart, and should any being claim it your existence will come to an end. However you are not born powerless, all Dungeons are born with the ability to create beings whose entire purpose is to serve the Dungeon and protect the Dungeon Heart from would be invaders. At the same time the artifact that formed your Dungeon Heart itself grants a special power that is unique to every Dungeon which can be used to further your protection.

While the Mortal Races seek to take your Dungeon Heart you also need to take the lives of the Mortal Races as their death, and the items they carry can be used to grant yourself greater power or further prepare the minions who guard you from invaders. For now you have some small amount of power to wield given to you from the mana that caused your creation, but you are still weak and the mana your Heart naturally generates is small enough that if a strong party ventures into your domain your death is assured. You must kill those who trespass into your domain, and grow stronger before the Mortal Races become aware of your existence, or else only death awaits.

Day 1
Knowing that the longer you wait the more you put your Heart at risk you begin to draw forth the power within your Heart, and pour it into the ground of the graveyard outside while willing the first of your guardians to come forth in your name. In moments the ground cracks, and begins to give way as several pairs of bony arms break their way out of the ground and begin to free the long dead corpses from their entombment with ease. By the time your power has run dry four skeletons stand ready before the mausoleum containing your Heart with weapons in hand, and dirt still cascading from their aged bones with their former graves lying in ruin at the very base of the hill. You don't have long to be proud of your creations however as soon after they assemble near the mausoleum you feel intruders entering the graveyard, and immediately cast out your sense to see what exactly has trespassed into your domain.

What you see is a pair of armed humans carrying lanterns, they leisurely chat between themselves as they look around at the thick fog without a hint of fear. Listening to their conversation you quickly realize that they aren't aware of your existence,

Soldier A: "Why do we even need to patrol through this graveyard? There hasn't been a single undead come out of this place in years, in fact I'm starting to doubt what those old bastards say entirely about there having been an undead uprising out of this damned place. Who would even bother coming out here when there's nothing worthwhile to take?"

Soldier B: "What's the point of complaining about a safe job you moron? At least here we aren't going to get ambushed by goblins like those poor bastards on border patrol, and the pays as good as it comes for something this easy even if I feel like I'm going to freeze to death some nights. Now come on, lets finish our route and go get something to eat at Hobb's before the caravan guards beat us to the good seats."

Apparently unaware of the fact that the graveyard had become a dungeon the humans start wandering through the tombstones unaware of the four skeleton warriors at the center of the graveyard.

Lets let the guards patrol through unhindered. So long as they do not approach the heart. If they do approach our heart. Kill them. If they do not, no reason to make their superiors suspicious.

Alternate plan if these idiots reach the Heart:

Put the archer skeleton over a roof to give it a vantage point for shooting. The buckler skeleton should be the main damage absorber and hide at the other side of a door. The sword skeletons should be posing dead at the opposite side where the shield one is, and attack from behind as soon as the shield skelly engages in combat. All this should happen as the bow skeleton takes pot shots at them.
