Hm.. I'm a bit disappointed. I thought this topic was going to be about a pick-wielding digger-army.

Speaking of which, how plausible would that be? According to the wiki, the pick is used in battle when the dwarf has 'Unarmed' selected as their weapon set. So, essentially, a Legendary miner should = kickass fighter. This kinda makes me want to start up with seven mining novices, work 'em all until they're Legendary, then give them platemail and steel pickaxes, and make them my dwarven forefounder SWAT.
