It wouldn't. My only objection is that I'm concerned the use of the name will lead to characteristics bleeding over into this game.

Then again, I suppose that's a problem for any DM and any game. Letting go of characters is difficult for me, even when they're the players', not mine.

Basically, Derm suggested the name (which is a good name) and my brain decided to be retarded because I realized it was recycled from another game, leading to a case of exceptionally bad DMing before I realized that my concerns were baseless. Sorry about that. I'll try to prevent this sort of thing in the future.
