((I assumed they worked by pressing on the sides to inject or something, not in a syringe-tube-pressy fashion. Whoops.))

"Hm. I'm somewhat curious to learn if I have low-light vision as a result of my transformation."

Fallacy begins to circle his opponent, moving to the right(his opponent's left), before promptly sending an attack towards his sparring partner's shoulder.

Tea moves his left foot to his right side, allowing himself to twist and spin 90 degrees to the left, leaving himself in the basic southpaw stance. He uses the momentum of the spin to parry and push away the strike.

"The left side of a combatant might seem tasty, but if your attack gets parried, it leaves you open. Before doing so, feint from another direction. If you're faster than your opponent and they don't call your feint, you're almost sure to get a solid hit. Well, unless they're in this stance I'm in right now. This stance, however, makes it hard to defend my back on my right side, unless I use my weapon arm for that."

"I didn't have any better hearing or balance when I had those ears and tail, so I doubt your eyes are any different from that."

"Hm... if anything my eyes are worse off since my color vision's gone and vanished."

Fallacy quickly sends a thrust with the mace towards his opponent's center of mass.

(You've got eyeshine, which would increase your night vision, somewhat stiffer fingers, and your hands are somewhat more sensitive. That's about the extent of sensory changes, didn't get quite far enough for significant ones aside from the eyes.)

"Well, even without the restorative thing, I think the computer can change you back. So, you played the hangman game and didn't get one as a prize?"

Arcvasti makes a negative head gesture on both counts, nearly falling off of Tiruin's shoulder.

"That's weird. I wonder if the rules changed after we beat the room. Were there more options or something?"

"Oh yeah, I wanted to check that computer again to see if I can get any information out of it. If we can use it to change Arc back to human form, we can hold onto the restoration thing. It might be useful later."

Tea blocks the mace with the palm of his left hand, grabbing its head.

"Uh, don't thrust with a blunt weapon. It's practically impossible get enough momentum for a meaningful hit. Oh, and do keep your offhand in mind. If you get parried, a quick punch to the face can distract your enemy enough for you to regain control. I assume you don't know any unarmed martial arts either?"

He lets the mace go.

"I have an idea. If I strapped my knife to the end of the bone, would that work well as a glaive?"

"No, these bones are too short for that, but maybe...if you strap it horizontally I guess it'd work as a makeshift kama? ...Nah, too fragile, just dual wielding them is more effective. Fight primarily with the bone, precision cut with the knife when opportunities arise...could work."

((Measure the length of your thigh from hip to knee. Not really polearm length, there. A handle that long could be made into some exotic, (over)specialized weapons, but those would require more than a knife to make.))

(If you could have a point extending horizontally from the hip end, it could be okay, but it'd be pretty hard to attach it right, due to the lumpy shape of the bone.)

(IcyTea, any other doors become apparent after the room was beaten?)
