"Speaking of which..." HugoLuman finally checks his level-up. "Hmm... looks like I've got a choice between 'Animal Empathy' and 'Field Dressing.' One says communicating with animals, the other says making antiseptic poultices from non-poisonous plant matter."

"Part of me wonders if Animal Empathy would give you telepathy with those of us who have shifted to animals partially. The more practical part of me thinks that Field Dressing would probably be more useful in the long run."

"Maybe. But we do have two rangers, and monsters might count as animals, if we run into some. Plus, haven't seen much green so far. Though who knows here? As for you... maybe? We could try. Jeez, that must feel weird."

"As for me... hm. It's weird, that's for sure. And yes, it feels weird. And my vision is messed up. Hm. For all we know there might be a real jungle in the next room, or some kind of obstacle course, or something else entirely. This place is chaos incarnate."

(No I think I know how to make arcane crafting work)
"I think I'll go with 'arcane craftsman' ya know making special bullets for me to use."
(So the level advancements would be different types of things I can craft or different types of bullets and the L1 bullets would be weak and the advanced ones would be stronger or with elemental effects like fire and if I used fire I could advance down a series leading to explosive bullets or something like that or I could go with earth making them heavier and hit harder and down that line would be to AT bullets, or wind which would make the bullets faster leading to maybe laser bullets or something fast I dunno the water which might lead to splash effect rounds of maybe bullets that freeze whatever they hit... Just a thought)
Cryxis doesn't select the class but waits for feedback incase it's a really bad idea.

(It's still a bit limited, and makes your abilities a bit eh when materials are unavailable. Crafting more than just bullets might be better, or perhaps the ability to do magic with your gun. Could also go with an enchanter of some kind.)

(Well point was that everything is summoned out of thin air, just weaker than normal bullets. And yeah it was going to be more than just bullets but probably start with bullets then go to magic on the gun then permanent affects like maybe a damage buff or something)

(For balance, pulling items out of thing air is kind of weird. It should probably allow enchanting of items, perhaps just projectile ones at first, instead of just summoning them. Should also think about either the cost of doing so, such as materials required or a cooldown time.)

(Maybe a magic system where I have to consume something or meditate to recharge the magic I dunno)

((If it's about ammo and such, then maybe a skill that allows you to use 1 bullet and fire 2? It effectively doubles the amount of ammo you have.))

(Let's maybe take this to PMs, or an IM if you have one?)

"Yeah, maybe. Perhaps if it can craft something other than bullets."

"Craftsman!? Craftsman, seriously? You have the biggest gun around here, and you want to pick a, uh, class that doesn't use it? Not that I would mind some snazzy bullets for my rifle, but...it would seem like such a waste."
