((According to the theme settings, many, many more people use default versus Darkling.))

[[I suspect that the ungodly number of spambots who don't bother to switch might be tilting the numbers somewhat.]]

"Right, well, good job Tir. So... order of operations. I say we do stuff with the computer, check the tunnels, then go through the spider room."

**I... would advise against all three of those. The computer isn't really terribly helpful. Wouldn't let me uncat. And honestly, I think... Fallacy, wasn't it? was the one who fiddled with the computer the most. They'd probably know what little could be gleaned from the thing. And, if by that you mean the subway tunnels, that seems like a good way to get hit by a another train or electrocuted by the third rail. And we've got plenty of other rooms to go into that might not be infested with lots of little skittery venomous buggers. I'd say going through one of them would be the better option.**

"My class ability helps me with fiddling with computers, and I haven't fiddled much with that computer yet. Regarding the subway tunnels, have you heard a train passing by since we arrived? I don't know how metro rails work, but I assume that third rail wouldn't be too hard to avoid."

"Come to think of it, unless those tunnels curve really sharply, wouldn't they intersect this room? Or the mud one?"

Cryxis looks around confused.
He hasn't been in a subway before but he recognizes the look.

He had been heading to do some target practice before he disappeared. Seeing no one around he stays quet not sure what to make of this.

He checks his magazines, both still full, he loads one into his rifle and chambers a round, not sure when you might need it.

The extra mag is slipped into one of his pockets.

He walks over to a random phone booth and observes it

The phone booth says (this is right right? If not I'll change it) checkers room.
"Checkers is fun", I say to myself. (Not sure what point of view to be writting from)
I use the phone and teleport to the checkers room.
I look stunned that I'm not in the subway anymore. I see people and lift my gun up a little skidish, "WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE AND WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?"

Twinwolf moves so as many things as possible are between her and guy-aiming-a-gun-at-everything.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Armach turns to the newcomer and sees the gun and steps forward a bit. "Put the gun down! We're not hostile!"
