(Ninjas)
"Ask the cat to fix it. So... How was you day everyone?"
Twin laughs, and then gestures to the wolf ears and tail. "A bit odd, to say the least."
"No kidding. Did you mean before we got here? Because I don't really remember. Average, I guess."

Armach walks up to Hugo and hands him a full water bottle. "Alright, while you guys rest, I'll check out the next room."

(bear in mind that this room is p big so it takes a bit to cross it, even with the path marked out.

HugoLuman shakes his head and calls "C'mon man, let's wait," as Armach starts walking away. "We need to all be ready. Charging off ahead hasn't worked out well so far." HugoLuman exhales. "So, how is everyone holding up?"

"Well enough. My eyes are starting to hurt a bit from trying to see without my glasses, but otherwise I'm fine."

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

"Um... okay. The usual up until all this craziness. Plus an annoying nose problem. That seems to be clearing up now. Er... Arc, I believe your name was? Um..." FallacyofUrist feels slightly odd talking to a cat. "Could you heal my ear please?" Fallacy bends down next to Arc.

Arcvasti stares quizzically at They with the injured ear for a few seconds, before grasping the gist of their mouth-noise-words and Coagulating the bloodied ear.

"So, how is everyone holding up?"

Arcvasti meows loudly in response.

"To be honest, after that jungle, this place is starting to get to me." He holds his fingers out next to Arcvasti. "Hey, Kevak, can I have a word with you in the other room?"

HugoLuman gets up and goes back into the hangman room, away from the door.

Rolep sits down, sighing.

"Well...this is life now, I guess. I really, really hope there's an end to this bloody dungeon..."

"It seems a bit like an RPG, to be honest. Dungeons, puzzles, classes, potions. And every RPG has an end. I just hope it isn't a Rouge-like RPG."

Armach sits with his back to a wall. "Well, it's not the worst place I can imagine ending up. Besides I'm sure there's a way out of here besides dying." He crosses his arms and leans back for a bit. "There has to be."

"Um... thanks. On the subject of the end- I would like to note that at the end of many RPGs there is a "final boss". That might not go well for us. Alternately, there might be no end to this madness. Let's hope otherwise."

FoU has some twisted role ideas. Screw second-guessing this mechanical garbage spaghetti, I'm basing everything on reads and visible daytime behaviour.

Would you like to play a game of Mafia? The subforum is always open to new players.

In hindsight...
(Also, caught in a bit of a time warp waiting for Tiruin's response, let's assume subsequent conversation with her happens while headed to the room.)
"Well, at least there's one positive to this, though even that's a bit unhappy. I suppose it's a unique experience at least. You remember our chats, right?"
Tiruin took a quick while to go over everything that just happened. The significant discussion about dreams really nudged her idea that she was, in fact, not dreaming.

"This is either the best dream I've ever had--connected with other dreamers given the sheer astounding reality of it, or this is reality, in which I am totally confused and am in denial. Either way: Yes, I do remember our chats, so I guess this is our way of proving reality. You have cats, and are asexual. Also you like helping people, and are kind at heart--shy, and also confided in me several things which I think you already know about."

She looked at Kevak, then at armach, and the rest while walking.

"All these people are your friends and even if they're not--you try your best; actually do your best to be yourself around them, tending towards the better option towards them all. I'd ask you the same question in turn but I think this evidence works both ways in telling you about me, right?"

She pointed at the room.

"Quick question before we head into whatever awaits us--brief me quickly here. What are we in. Where are we. What's our general goal. Is there anyway I can improvise using the tools you've 'looted', and if we 'die' here, is there a 'respawn' area?"

In the current time...
"My wrist-thing is silly. It says I have 1 xp. What does that mean?"

"I thought you said you'd played RPGs. XP is experience points... or Cross Points, but that was a really weird game mechanic."

In hindsight.
"Um... we haven't really had anyone die. I'd... rather it stay that way. Uh... I don't think we looted anything aside from potions. There was this computer but I wouldn't touch it. It turned Arc into a cat." They reach the Hangman room as they walk, not taking very long to cross the grotesque disco "It's in there, yeah, in the corner."
