Mathias was.. most reasonably described as 'confused'. A minute ago he was running to the school lounge, now he was in some sort of Tron-inspired building. He didn't register the conversation with the others because, unlike the other students, Mathias wasn't used to change. He was used to solid, unyielding constants, things that tend to stay the same.This is the reason that Yuzu girl threw off-balance, dammit! Now there's something coming to get them, and he had to rely on complete strangers with weird creatures floating behind them for protection?! Mathias' confusion was joined by something indescribable. It couldn't be a twinge of fear, no. Of course not. That would be a laughable accusation.

Sora continues to stand there and look really nervous, although that's basically his default state of being.

The footsteps sound closer and closer, louder and louder, every second, until suddenly they stop. There is silence for a solid minute. And then a thud.

A wall cracks. “Guys! Get ba-” Rin is cut short as the wall is broken down, him and Nadeko being thrown against the opposite wall. As the dust settles, a figure enters the hall. A giant, practically spherical, man with green skin and orange tattoos slowly enters the hall. Ignoring the knocked down Rin and Nadeko, he turns to the group.
