Sassy did eventually exit the school. Bag over her shoulder and wheelie-shoes on her feet. Entierly ignoring the stares, whispering voices and general creeper-like behavior going on all around her. When she spotted Yuri she twisted one foot sideways and kicked against the ground, rolling on one foot towards her new Kouhai, waving. As for going to the lodge... well. She wasn't exactly hyped about it. For some reason it kind of gave her the jeebies. But she'd come with Yuri anyway.

"Besides, if this does go to pot, I want to be the first one out the door."

"A sound tactical reasoning. But if we are in enemy territory, what makes you think they will let you run so easily?"

Yuri lifts a hand to Sassy in greeting, smiling a little.

"We could avoid it, but... Well, you know how these things go. We ignore it, we'll end up getting dragged into whatever craziness anyway, so... Might as well check it out."

Kiyoshi noticed Sassy. He looked at her...

"Are you wearing wheeled shoes?"

"Just so long as they don't have guns, I'll be fine."

Holy shit! Someone in the background talking TO her! Not ABOUT her! Val turned halfway around, shifting her torso rather than her entire body, and looked over to Kiyoshi. Then just kind of blinked, popped a hip and shifted a leg to kind of draw attention to the shoe on her left foot. Twisting it back and forth.

"Yeah. Usually." she smiled softly at her own foot.

Sachi nods to her briefly before looking at her card.

"Just so long as they don't have guns, I'll be fine."

"Not afraid of big men with big knives, ah? If they expect to suppress a large group, they will probably either have a large force themselves or a few well-armed and skilled combatants. I should have noticed before-are you trained in some form of CQC? Or are you just a fast runner?"

Kiyoshi observes the foot. He seems interested..?
"Usually? C-cool.."

"Judo, Taekwondo, some experience with the anarchist cookbook, and I can run a 5 minute mile."

"So you can do both then! You walk like someone who has taken martial arts. Good center of balance. I should have been able to find out that much from just leading you to school. But you really need to get some better literature, unless you plan on getting high on banana peals. I have some good JSDF field manuals that have some better information, if you want to borrow some."

She didn't say anything more. Allready used her voice enough. Just stood back up normally again. Half to people would stop staring at her feet. .... Other half because of the effect the pose had on her skirt.

Instead of talking, she just flipped her invitation card out and looked between Yuri and Kiyoshi. As if asking if they really were going.
