Another flicker. Rin can be dimly heard shouting, but it's too muffled to make out.

"Again, negative! Where have they been happening? Is it just on the island? Japan? World wide?"

"So, you want us to blow up the severs or something?"

Maybe this will be exiting after all!

"What the hell! Whats with all the flickering.

"It's part of why you were called here. But you should let Manager finish." Nadeko is wearing a short dress under a jacket, some black dress pants, and some dress shoes. She wears a messenger boy hat.

He opens his mouth to answer, when Rin bursts in, an imitation spear in hand. "Rift incoming, 10 seconds!"

"...Crap. Well, this was unexpected. Usually it takes longer. You're about to get a crash course in what I was speaking of. Nadeko and Rin will keep you sa-"

He is interrupted as the world kind of... blanks, for a second, and then when you can see again you are no longer in the back room. You're in a hallway, neon blue walls rising so high you can't see the ceiling. "Damn it."

Somewhat impossibly Edna's grin becomes even wider.  It's safe to say that she looks a little bit manic.

Kiyoshi looks around, and then looks up at the ceiling.
He looks up so far he almost falls over.
"What is this..?"

Nadeko walks over to Edna, "Hey, you okay?"

Somewhat impossibly Edna's grin becomes even wider.  It's safe to say that she looks a little bit manic.

Kiyoshi looks around, and then looks up at the ceiling.
He looks up so far he almost falls over.

Yui seems scared. "Rin..."

"Why'd he have to pick you, damn it..."
