"A Chinese restaurant?  I should hope so.  Unless it's a buffet, my parents are afraid of them."

"Actually, I was about to say 'if you don't know what to order you can just try the buffet'. Did that Mael Duin have the ability to read minds or predict the future or something? Aside from that, Chinese food it a lot different when you are this close to China. It is probably much higher quality then what you call Chinese food in Ireland.....Wait, why are your parents afraid of buffets?"

"Dad's a doctor and Mom's a germophobe." she says with a laugh.  "I think that I will be having some char siu."

[Stirk]

"Ah, that isn't completely illogical. Germs do hold a coveted place in the WMD holy trinity. In fact, biological weapons are supposed to have the cheapest death to dollar cost of any NBC weapon. Of course, being afraid of them would be like being afraid of a lead brick."

He then looks down at his menu.

"Ill have a bunch of dumplings. Pork and beef!"

"You did good, I would say."

Computer sez: "Yeah? That's sweet. Thanks. But hey. What's the inside scoop? Any fun rumors? Creepy urban legens-- besides the obvious? What's there to do around here?" she raise her eyebrows, still smiling her usual genuine smilee though. Heart on her sleeve kind of person, clearly. "If I'm going to live here, I need to know my way around." Especially if she was going to naviate the place to shut down those rifts and what not. Though, for now she seemed focused on normal life concerns.

[SOLDIER First]

"Well-- you don't have to say sweet... It's the truth...
But, um... I heard" - he leans in for emphasis - "that there's a ghost in the bottom floor bathroom, the one near Ms. Takiyama's classroom."

Sass leaned in too. At this point she wished that the text to voice would have more tone settings that weren't a bitch to set. .... And that it didn't have to recalibrate when she moved like that.

"Boys or girls?"

[SOLDIER First]

"Boys' on Mondays and Tuesdays, girls' on Thursdays and Fridays.
It depends on Wednesdays."

Well. Sass broke into a giggle fit at that. Or just straight up laughter even. Pulling back in the chair. Her vocal chords may not be in the best shape and it might take her effort to speak. But laughter? She cod clearly do that just fine. Could swear her voice was just fine if you'd only really heard her laugh. It was a clear sound. ot at all as hushed as her speaking.

Soon, she managed to get the computer to say, as emotionless as her expression and laughter was the opposite; "The ghost has a schedule?"

"You don't want to know what happens on weekends."

[SOLDIER First]

"Of course I have a fucking schedule ...that's what I-I've heard, I mean..."

Sass looked over to Yui. "Yes I do. Lay it on me, sister."

"I heard that it eats people... one student who had a detention to serve went in there. Nobody ever saw him again."

"He moved."

"There's no proof of that!"

[SOLDIER First]

"I thought he was just found dead? From nothing..?"

Val just nodded, picked the computer of the table and leaned back. "Taking notes."

Daniel looks up at them, eyes scrunched. "Are you guys talking about the Hadema kid? He didn't die. He switched schools after his parents heard about teachers forcing students to serve detention in a bathroom."
