Cobb looks despairingly at the Traveller.
"So we're gonna have ta fight the racist shites? Can't we just teleport ta some other less scary place? Probably somewhere where the Space Jainists took over instead of this Sterrnreich or whatever?"

Facechewer returns to the fridge after a moment, his conversation with the flower-thing proving largely useless.

"So, any news? This station seems to be a bit uneasy about those approaching ships. How much trouble would they be, technically speaking?"

(Sorry, have to do this, since otherwise we have no reason to stay here.)

As Facechewer is about to turn to leave, a door in one of the plaza walls slides open and a group of very similar-looking individuals marches in. They look human, except that one of them is over 7 feet tall. Each has pale skin, golden-yellow hair, and stark grey uniforms resembling those of 20th century militaries. The tall(er) one has a somewhat fancier uniform, and a scar on his right cheek.

Facechewer stands by and observes the people, somewhat hoping that he is not about to be shot in the face as he checks for obvious exits as he tries to look excited by this troubling development.

Titus walks into the plaza and looks around for Facechewer.

There is a brief moment of silence as the tall one surveys the room, and you feel that his gaze rests especially on you for a moment. But he sees a rather official-looking alien moving towards him and smiles, and everyone gets back to their business, though there's still an air of tension in the air, and the flower-faced alien seems to be edging away from you. The other uniformed people seem to be deliberately not looking around the room, keeping their eyes straight forward in formation. They seem to be comprised of both men and women, though all of extremely similar tall, broad-shouldered, athletic build.

Titus walks into the plaza and looks around for Facechewer.
He's about a dozen yards away, with some crowd between him and you.

Titus walks up to Facechewer as calmly trying to blend in with the crowd as best as possible. When he nears him he speaks quietly, "We need to leave."

Facechewer nods calmly, and tries to put some aliens between himself and the rather serious people as he follows the muscular individual whose name he doesn't entirely remember.

The tall man seems to be having a conversation with the official-looking alien. While this is going on, Facechewer notices Titus moving through the crowd towards him from his right, but suddenly hears a voice to his left.

"Hello. You look... familiar. Haff ve met before?"

Facechewer looks over to see if it's him that people are talking to. If so...

"I don't believe we have, sir," he says, wondering what's wrong with the universal translation on this guy when the freaking flower-mouthed alien was perfectly intelligible. "Do I resemble somebody you might know?"

He sees one of the grey-uniformed people standing next to him, a woman it seems but what with how uniform they all seem to be, it doesn't make much difference. "Are you sure? Vere are you from?"

"The Great Red Desolation," Facechewer says entirely truthfully without particularly thinking about it. "The Monumental Spires area, to be specific. It's gone downhill since my time, I hear, but it used to be very nice. Well, as nice as the Great Red Desolation could get."

The woman raises one eyebrow slightly. "Is that near near Procyon or somesink? Ah, but ver are mine manners? I am Frida Altschüler." She extends a hand.
