Bretoni Valentia
Valentia Bretoni, or "Sassy" to many, is a online entertainer and musician quickly gaining in popularity over the last few years. Between a charismatic, friendly and energetic attitude and compelling and colorful appearence she'd easy to like and her passion for her work and genuine smile is infectous. it's not to strange that she quickly registerd on the radar in japanese pop-culture considering their obsession with young idols. The fact that she's something as unusual as a mute musician and online entertainer didn't exactly lessen the appeal. She has a way of being incredibly expressive even though she cannot speak more than a sentance or so without great difficulty. Technology is great.
Sassy is known to take a very personal approach to everything she does and commonly appears in live streams or responds to comments made on the content she produces. Treating most fans like friends and interracting on a very personal plane even with complete strangers. This makes her seem very approachable and personally involved with the quickly growing fanbase.
Recently the rumor mill was set absolutely ablaze when she revealed that she was going to be moving to Anoko Islands for voice therapy, and would be transferring into the last year of a local high school to catch up on subject japanese citizens are expected to know.

Description: Valentia is... colorful. She frequently dyes her hair into radiant neon colors, often having at least part of it dyed in layers for a rainbow effect. She has a expressive face with almost iconic european features.

She looks almost as if she stepped right out of a video game poster. Between her near unbelievable figure and habit of wearing stylized clothing such as animal-themed hoodies, low cut t-shirts with pop culture prints. Patterned thigh-highs and wearing inline wheel-shoes whenever allowed.
Weapon: Bow, rifle... something ranged, if she's fighting.
Other notes: The idea is, ironically considering she's a lot like Rise, for Sassy to be the scanner type character. Partially because the judgement arcana is plain unfair in how strong it is, if made for combat. And partially because it just fits her really well.
