Racial Abilities
Frost Demon
Environmental Immunity - This race takes no damage from fighting in any environment, such as lack of oxygen, extreme heat or cold, or other hazards.
Extreme Durability - So long as an attack does not result in you taking more than 10 points of damage past 0, then you will still be alive and can be reconstructed.
Transformation: Power States - The Frost Demon race has four forms unlocked at the start.  The first Form takes the base Ki and multiplies it by .5, while multiplying Focus by 2.  The second Form takes the base Ki and multiplies it by .75 and multiplies Focus by 1.33.  The third Form takes the base ki and multiplies it by .9 and multiplies Focus by 1.11.  The Fourth Form takes the base ki and multiplies it by 20, but, untrained, focus is hit with a multiplier of .10.

Saiyan
Zenkai - If you drop below 10% health in combat, your power gets boosted to a point wherein your character can be competitive against the enemy they had fallen against, after they recover.  This ability is only able to increase the power of a Saiyan until they reach the point where they would become a Super Saiyan.
Saiyan Tail - As long as you have your tail, you have a 1.5 times multiplier to your Ki and Magic.  If the tail takes damage equal to 5% of your health, it is removed, and you lose the multiplier.  In addition, when you are under the full moon, you transform into the Great Ape state, where your Ki is multiplied by 10, but you are unable to control the state without training.
Transformation: Super Saiyan - The Super Saiyan state increases the Ki of the Saiyan in the state by 150000000.  The Ascended Super Saiyan State causes this increase to 1.5 as great, with Ultra being 2.5 to the Super Saiyan state, at a cost of 'a multiplier of .5 to focus.  The Mastered Super Saiyan state is an increase to the Super Saiyan state by a factor of 1.75.  The Super Saiyan 2 state is a multiplication of 2 to the bonus provided by the Super Saiyan state.  Past this is the Super Saiyan 3 state, which provides a multiply of 4 to the Super Saiyan 2 boost.

Human
Dragon’s Gift - Being from the planet where the Dragon Balls are most often used, this race has a multiplier of 1.5 to their side of the power equation when attacking or defending.
Dragon’s Wisdom - Being from the planet where the Dragon Balls are most often used, this race has a frightening ability to have techniques created by them to have a key portion of the creation multiplied by a factor of 2, allowing techniques to be created faster or more powerful with shorter charge times.
Indomitable - During times of crisis, the power of the strikes of humans can skyrocket and have them punch above their weight by, if below 10% health, pouring their own life energy into their attacks, for an addition to the Dragon's Gift multiplier equal to how much health is spent.

Namekian
Regeneration - Health regenerates at a rate of 1% per round of combat.
Fusion - Namekians are able to innately be able to fuse together, combining their power together into forming a greatly more powerful being.
Transformation: Giant Namek - Namekians are able to enter a form wherein their size grows massively and their power multiplies by a factor of 7.5 when untrained, or 10 when trained.

Majiin
Reconstitution: If you reach 0% health, but your enemy does not eliminate the individual pieces of your form, you can reconstitute without dying.  It should be noted that yours is not as strong as the original Majiin Buu's.
Absorption: Majiins are temporarily able to absorb one enemy and add their power and techniques to their own.  Unlike the progenitor of the race, Majiin Buu, only one being can be held inside a Majiin, and even then, only for the course of 5 rounds of combat before being released.
Division: An attack that would slice a Majiin into large pieces results in the Majiin able to have control of all pieces that contain over 20% of its mass, though until they reform, the pieces only run off of a portion of the Majiin's full power.

Djinn
Ki Devour - This race has the strange ability to devour Ki, nullifying damage from ranged Ki attacks if they are successful.
Extra-Dimensional Storage - This race has an innate ability to withdraw items from a pocket of space outside of space and time and return them to that dimension at any time.
Transformation: High Djinn - This race has an ability to transform into a state wherein their Ki and Mystic Abilities are combined together to act as their level of strength in both of these tasks.

The time it takes to create a technique is a period of three months, with the training of a technique equal in time to two months.  Created characters start with a total of 5 techniques.

Charge Time: (How long the technique needs to charge, in Time Units.  Minimum of 1 time unit.)
Effects: (In terms of damage, it is 1, with an additional per 5 Time Units (if this number is equal to the number of time units per round you have, it is active in the next round). A variety of other effects can be applied, though, such as a temporary boost to a strike.)
Exertion: (How much of your focus this technique uses when it is used.  Exertion is calculated by 1.5 points of exertion per power, with another 1 point per additional effect (ex. Kienzan's ability to automatically cut through things can far outclass it in power, to a point).  Non-damaging would vary, but in terms of constant it would be .5 per round and non-constant would be 1 point per effect.  In addition, there would be an additional .5 per 3 exertion applied to non-mastered techniques (in the case of character creation, it would be techniques 4 and 5.))

Ki Power Level
Determines damage taken and dealt by Ki attacks.  Basic Ki starts at 300, but Racial Multipliers, techniques, and training can raise or lower this statistic.  Training uses the formula of 1 times the gravity level per hour.

Mystic Affinity
Determines damage taken and dealt by Magic attacks.  Formulas for damage dealt and taken are the same as Ki Power Level’s formulas.  Basic Magic starts at a level of 300, but Racial Multipliers, techniques, and training can raise or lower this statistic.  Training uses the formula of 1 times meditation level/hour.  Meditation level is equal to 1 per 500 points in Mystic Affinity rounded down.

Health
Basic health is 50, but racial multipliers and traits, and various techniques can raise or lower this starting statistic.  When you reach 0% compared to your max health, you die.  Training increases this stat by a rate of 5 per week.

Inner Focus
This stat determines how long you are able to retain your focus in combat to exert attacks.  This increases by a rate of 1 per round of combat.  Reaching zero causes you to become knocked out.  This starts at 25, but can be raised or lowered by various racial traits or techniques.

Appearance: Matilda has jet-black hair that covers her forehead, with much of the bangs dyed yellow and red, matching her bright, emerald eyes. She always wears brightly colored clothes and jackets as well, even when fighting, and is never seen without her favorite pair of boots. Matilda is short for her age.
Biography: Matilda always loved fighting. When she was in preschool, she fought over copies at lunch. She fought over milk money in elementary school, insults to friends in middle school, and now just plain old anything in high school. One day, Matilda realized she could put that love for fighting to good use and make some cash at a tournament or two. So she went out looking for martial arts trainers to teach her the ways... but she never expected to learn from Goku an old man calling himself the Mentor. With the Mentor, Matilda learned more than just how to fight - she learned how to harness the energy that every being has inside itself ('ki', the mentor called it) and use it in incredibly powerful attacks. Eventually, Matilda became so skilled with ki that she invented her own ki-based attack: the Triple Beam Blast.

Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: Two orbs of ki emanate from the user's hands and rocket towards their target, hitting from one damage (base charge) up to five damage (maximum charge) each.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 3 TU, but can be increased, up to 23 TU. Charging for longer is not recommended and has not been done before, to Mentor's knowledge.
Effects: As it hits twice, this move does twice as much damage as a normal attack.
Exertion: 1, up to 5.

Name: Charged Ki Beam
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user places one hand inside of the other, then focuses on charging their energy into that location. Once fired, it is a straight beam of ki.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 15 TU
Effects: Blasts the opponent for 4 damage.
Exertion: 3

Name: Ki Propulsion
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user focuses their ki into both hands, then fires two small beams at the ground to launch themselves away, or at an enemy to blast them away.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 2 TU
Effects: Launches the user into the air. If it is used in an enemy, it pushes the two away from each other, as well as dealing 3 damage.
Exertion: 6 ((Increased to balance the low charge time.))

Name: Advanced Ki Beam
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user charges up a normal Charged Ki Beam for twice as long.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 30 TU
Effects: Whallops the opponent with ki for 8 damage.

Name: Triple Beam Blast
Inventor: Matilda Ardell
Appearance: After a rather short charge period, considering, Matilda fires three separate, small beams of ki from her hands - one red, one yellow, one green - at her foe.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 15 TU
Effects: Each beam has a different attribute. The red one does slightly more damage (one more than the others, regardless of their damage), the yellow one moves faster (not sure? Possibly less accurate, but hits the opponent within fewer TU, if applicable), and the green one is the most accurate (has a higher base chance to hit). ((Unless, of course, you want this to just be a normal-but-flashy attack.))
Exertion: 8 (It's not exactly easy to modify the color of one's ki on the fly, after all.)

Name: Doctor Andrew Axal.
Gender: Male
Age: 41
Race: Human.
Appearance: A Slightly overweight heavily tanned Hawaiian male, with a clean shaven face,
a graying ponytail, and a white Doctor's coat, he wears light Kevlar body armor underneath his
coat and puffed up shorts, he wears no shoes.

Biography:          Dr. Axal worked alongside Dr. Giro in the red ribbon army, but was "Removed"
before it's destruction, through his connections, however, he survived and found Dr Giro's
notes, which prompted him to seek out a means of augmenting himself with these additions in the hopes of becoming
immortal. He has since then realized the futility in his actions after a stern (Read; hilarious)
talking to from his wife and lives a peaceful life in West City, until people (read; other players)
came to his door seeking assistance in saving the world, for the sake of his wife and three children
he breaks out his High capacity Ki battery-Pack and bionic left hand and suits up.

Appearance: Two large pill shaped white containers with black lines around the middle, and an indicator on each showing it's maximum capacity, nozzels on the top of each one suck up ambient Ki from Dr Axal.

Effect: Stores a maximum 75 Ki (30 ki in the first capsule, and 45 in the second.) The capsules each have 25 Health, and can be targeted similar to a saiyan tail.

Appearance: A small Blue Aura Explodes out of Dr. Axal, constantly being sucked into a nozzle on of his Ki batteries.

Effect: Stores a Portion of current Ki to fill the first slot of Dr. Axal's Ki battery, Lowering his max power level until he undergoes rest or a restorative effect.

Name: Low Level Ki Release

Inventor: Dr. Axal
Appearance: Dr. Axal's Eyes Close, Then shoot open as One of his ki batteries beep, An aura one magnitude higher than his current one appears around him. If used Twice, His aura disappears completely, and Small jets of Purple and Blue energy Spew out from his Outer joints like a twisted welding torch, this represents The amount of "artificial" ki in his body beginning to dampen his normal life force's appearance.

Effects: Releases 1 Ki battery charge to Boost Dr. Axal's power level equal to Ki stored. Both can be released at once, But only if both are at 100% capacity.

Appearance: Red Blips Flow up from Dr. Axal's Hand, going into his ki batteries.

Inventor: Dr. Giro created this theoretical move in his notes to drain the life force out of living things, it has not yet been tested, But was prototyped By Dr. Axal
Effect: Drains 1% of Remaining Ki from Held unit, Can be placed into a Ki battery at no loss, But if transferred to Dr. Axal, 50% of it is lost If the amount drained per time unit is Higher than 20% of Dr Axal's power level, He takes Damage equal to 1% of the target's power level per TU.

Appearance: A purple flaming beam of energy from Dr. Axal's Bionic left hand, Which spreads out as it travels.
Type: Ki
Effects: Damage: 4. At no more than 2 units, deals penetrative Damage, But past 10 Distance units, deals an AOE cone of damage equal to half the attack's default damage. at a maximum effective range of 20 Distance units. the max width is 5 Distance units. People on the fringe of the technique's cone take Damage equal to a normal attack, and are knocked back slightly.

Biography: A complete madwoman, Blake was always the first to jump into a fight- and often the only one still standing at the end. So much so was her skill in battle that she began to manifest the use of Ki attacks during one particular fight involving a very drunk Saiyan and a ton of beer barrels. Since then, the woman, eager to hone her skills for a good fight, began to train under the best she could find, mastering her own ki techniques and learning others at the same time.

Appearance: Blake rams a concentrated burst of Ki centered around her enclosed fist- of course, shaped as a fist- into the enemy. The amount of Ki concentrated into this increases with charge, as will the damage.

Effects: Dependent on how long she charges up her attack. Generally, though, the result will probably be the enemy being smashed into the air and damaged for 1 (minimum) - 3 (maximum) damage.

Appearance: Similar to the Sullivan Special, Blake uses an orb of concentrated Ki to hit the opponent. Only here, she's enshrouded in said ball of Ki energy, and she's flying straight at you at very high speeds.

Effects: The enemy is heavily damaged and possibly stunned by, y'know, being smacked into by a muscular lady shrouded in ki energy. 7 damage.

Appearance: Tall with short and spiky black hair. His face is expressionless most of the time. He's wearing a black jumpsuit under his Battle Armor.
Biography: Born to a respected pair of saiyan warriors, Courne was expected to do great things (like genociding planets). But then Planet Vegeta exploded and he was lucky that he was assigned somewhere else. And so, having nothing else to do, he spent a few years in Frieza's employ doing small jobs like genociding planets and the like.

Indomitable - During times of crisis, the power of the strikes of humans can skyrocket and have them punch above their weight by, if below 10% health, pouring their own life energy into their attacks, for an addition to the Dragon's Gift multiplier equal to how much health is spent.

Techniques
Name: Double Kiblast
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: Two orbs of ki emanate from the user's hands and rocket towards their target, hitting from one damage (base charge) up to five damage (maximum charge) each.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 3 TU, but can be increased, up to 23 TU. Charging for longer is not recommended and has not been done before, to Mentor's knowledge.
Effects: As it hits twice, this move does twice as much damage as a normal attack.
Exertion: 1, up to 5.

Name: Charged Ki Beam
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user places one hand inside of the other, then focuses on charging their energy into that location. Once fired, it is a straight beam of ki.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 15 TU
Effects: Blasts the opponent for 4 damage.
Exertion: 3

Name: Ki Propulsion
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user focuses their ki into both hands, then fires two small beams at the ground to launch themselves away, or at an enemy to blast them away.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 2 TU
Effects: Launches the user into the air. If it is used in an enemy, it pushes the two away from each other, as well as dealing 3 damage.
Exertion: 6 ((Increased to balance the low charge time.))

Name: Advanced Ki Beam
Inventor: the Mentor
Appearance: The user charges up a normal Charged Ki Beam for twice as long.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 30 TU
Effects: Whallops the opponent with ki for 8 damage.
Exertion: 6

Name: Triple Beam Blast
Inventor: Matilda Ardell
Appearance: After a rather short charge period, considering, Matilda fires three separate, small beams of ki from her hands - one red, one yellow, one green - at her foe.
Type: Ki
Charge Time: 15 TU
Effects: Each beam has a different attribute. The red one does slightly more damage (one more than the others, regardless of their damage), the yellow one moves faster (not sure? Possibly less accurate, but hits the opponent within fewer TU, if applicable), and the green one is the most accurate (has a higher base chance to hit). ((Unless, of course, you want this to just be a normal-but-flashy attack.))
Exertion: 8 (It's not exactly easy to modify the color of one's ki on the fly, after all.)

Appearance: A Slightly overweight heavily tanned Hawaiian male, with a clean shaven face,
a graying ponytail, and a white Doctor's coat, he wears light Kevlar body armor underneath his
coat and puffed up shorts, he wears no shoes.

Biography:          Dr. Axal worked alongside Dr. Giro in the red ribbon army, but was "Removed"
before it's destruction, through his connections, however, he survived and found Dr Giro's
notes, which prompted him to seek out a means of augmenting himself with these additions in the hopes of becoming
immortal. He has since then realized the futility in his actions after a stern (Read; hilarious)
talking to from his wife and lives a peaceful life in West City, until people (read; other players)
came to his door seeking assistance in saving the world, for the sake of his wife and three children
he breaks out his High capacity Ki battery-Pack and bionic left hand and suits up.

Name:Ki battery Level 1
Appearance: Two large pill shaped white containers with black lines around the middle, and an indicator on each showing it's maximum capacity, nozzels on the top of each one suck up ambient Ki from Dr Axal.
Type: Ki
Inventor: Dr. Axal
Effect: Stores a maximum 75 Ki (30 ki in the first capsule, and 45 in the second.) The capsules each have 25 Health, and can be targeted similar to a saiyan tail.

Name:Ki Charging Level 1
Charge time: 1 Ki per 1 TU
Inventor: Dr. Axal
Appearance: A small Blue Aura Explodes out of Dr. Axal, constantly being sucked into a nozzle on of his Ki batteries.
Type: Ki
Effect: Stores a Portion of current Ki to fill the first slot of Dr. Axal's Ki battery, Lowering his max power level until he undergoes rest or a restorative effect.
Exertion: 2.5

Name: Low Level Ki Release
Charge time: 5 TU
Inventor: Dr. Axal
Appearance: Dr. Axal's Eyes Close, Then shoot open as One of his ki batteries beep, An aura one magnitude higher than his current one appears around him. If used Twice, His aura disappears completely, and Small jets of Purple and Blue energy Spew out from his Outer joints like a twisted welding torch, this represents The amount of "artificial" ki in his body beginning to dampen his normal life force's appearance.
Type: Ki
Effects: Releases 1 Ki battery charge to Boost Dr. Axal's power level equal to Ki stored. Both can be released at once, But only if both are at 100% capacity.
Exertion: 0.5

Name: Ki drain
Charge time: 4 TU, Then 1% Ki Per TU
Appearance: Red Blips Flow up from Dr. Axal's Hand, going into his ki batteries.
Type: Ki
Inventor: Dr. Giro created this theoretical move in his notes to drain the life force out of living things, it has not yet been tested, But was prototyped By Dr. Axal
Effect: Drains 1% of Remaining Ki from Held unit, Can be placed into a Ki battery at no loss, But if transferred to Dr. Axal, 50% of it is lost If the amount drained per time unit is Higher than 20% of Dr Axal's power level, He takes Damage equal to 1% of the target's power level per TU.
Exertion: 1.5 Per TU

Name: Focused Beam
Charge time: 15
Inventor: Dr. Axal
Appearance: A purple flaming beam of energy from Dr. Axal's Bionic left hand, Which spreads out as it travels.
Type: Ki
Effects: Damage: 4. At no more than 2 units, deals penetrative Damage, But past 10 Distance units, deals an AOE cone of damage equal to half the attack's default damage. at a maximum effective range of 20 Distance units. the max width is 5 Distance units. People on the fringe of the technique's cone take Damage equal to a normal attack, and are knocked back slightly.
Exertion: 5
