North Pole of Malignatius
The perpetual night was dispelled by the numerous explosions. For 30 hours the terrain was constantly bombarded by the star fleet. Each few seconds a horizon was blazing by the explosion of another bomb.
Boris Decados has landed here a few hours ago. This chunk of land, the edge of the north continent, was the only safe place around. At the moment Boris is observing the far lands with binoculars.
- "So, what direction?" - He asked.
- "Precisely 237 degrees. Try to scale it by 20x." - A slim engineer was standing behind Boris with his own binoculars. He was working at this planet for all his life but was treated as one of the best among the Decados court. For the last 10 years he was the chief engineer of the planet and was managing all mining operations on it.
- "Still no contact... Yes, I see it."
- "It is a great citadel. I haven't seen anything like it before. Probably even Byzantium The Second doesn't possess such mighty fortifications."
Boris lower his binoculars and thought for a bit.
- "But this walls - they can be destroyed by our battleships? Or we will need to use nuclear bombs?"
- "This will take a lot of time. A few years at worst. It has hidden underground chambers. They were detected by the radio-geological survey but we have no idea how numerous they are. And this area is highly diamond rich so we shouldn't use any highly demolishing weapons."
- "Maybe you also know something about those Husks?"
- "Just some breed of Symbiots. I have never met one before."
Boris smiled, as he has come with a plan. He walked towards the shuttle and turned on the great radio station, able to communicate through the whole star system.
- "Boris Decados Shuttle, Malignatius Decados Palace, I request all available Kossacks divisions..."

The Barren Lands of De Moley
Constantine Romanov was a distant relative of the Great House Decados but never had the high position in society. For the last few years he was a courtier of Decados, but to his fault he managed to enrage Vladimir Decados and now was hiding among the dunes of De Moley. After the last events of Symbiot War this dunes became populated with refuges, and some nobles moved there to gather power. While the capital is under the control of Church, many other towns loyal to either Decados or Al Malik. However neither Vladimir or Ibn Donald have any influence there - all fiefs are highly decentralized and are hard to control.
Paul Constantine was highly prompted to take the control of this planet and confront Vladimir Decados by himself. He has already gathered a small army and reinforced it with some battle vehicles.
The lone plane is flying over the barren dunes, in the search of a new places for cities. Constantine wasn't hoping to find anything in this barren land, although there may be some old ruins.
- "Pilot, there is something to the west! Land here." - he suddenly shouted. Constantine noticed something in the far, looking just like human figures.
In a few minutes the plane has already landed and the noble with a few riflemen reached this place. Many dead bodies were laying around. Muster mercenaries.
- "H-how they got there? There is no Muster presence." - cried one rifleman.
Constantine leaned over the one body. It has something on the coat...
- "They were recruited by Al Malik." - pronounced Constantine. - "And now we must find out what killed them."
