So its a site with youtube's...interesting design team, and a stream where you get arbitrary and sometimes outright fake matches that turn off your stream for no good reason, instead of twitch's more reasonable vod editing. Sounds like an excellent way to suck up to copyright trolls ondemand, and a waste of time to setup for when you could go anywhere else and have no interruptions short of a connection problem.
