Also, as a bit of an update for the AAR-Styled Dwarf Fortress story involving this mod, which has yet to happen...

I will be starting the story alongside the release of Version 0.2.9a of the Mod and will be taking a break from updating the mod while, until either the story finishes or the Steam Version releases/unlocks workshop support. As said previously, Version 0.3.0a will still be the Steam Version release, though I am unsure if there will be anything beyond just the porting over to Steam Workshop. As well, I do not know if version 0.2.9a will be the last 0.2.x version.
