Cave 1Try to find a source of light, and keep pressure on the bite wounds.
Source of light? How about that LED flashlight you got and which I totally forgot about?
The city in darkWait, if no one shows up look for a place that is easily defensible.
No one shows up yet, although there's movement in the city.
New skill: Search: [6] Specialist. ((It's funny how new skill rolls always tend to be on higher end of the scale...))
Easily defensible place is not easy to find. Ground is for most part quite flat around here based on what you can see. Your best bet is either the city itself or some dark tunnel no one knows of. But then again you don't know any of such locations and you don't know how well locals know this area. And finding anything in outside of lit areas is either very hard or reveals your position if you happen to use any light.
This is not good.
Keep pressure on the wounds. Find a doctor. Request aid.
You voice your desire for medical assistance. The cashier jumps over the counter and wraps her apron around your neck to keep blood in. It's really not the best idea in the world, but you accept anything that helps. Then she runs out, promising to bring a doctor for you. She returns two minutes later with an elder man.
You're not really watching what he does, but when he finally stops you are not feeling the difference.
"You need blood transfusion as soon as possible and intravenous therapy, but I don't think we have anything here that can be used for that. No hospital, no blood packs, nothing. I can't even tell what your bloodtype is. I'm sorry to say but you may not survive this."
Engraved cave"Now ain't that something. Too many dang guns around here. Better be careful, kid!"
Sneak forth and take a look at what's going on further along.
The kid doesn't want to come along so he remains behind. It's probably for best.
New skill: Sneak: [4] Trained
You slip into shadows and follow the wall into direction of gunshots. Part of the way you proceed simply by touching the wall because you can't see shit. Touching reveals insane engravings in the wall, but you ignore it for now. From top of one grassy hill you finally see what you went to look for.
It is the nice guy who carved the crutch for you! And his glowing crystal and dog. Looks like he's in making clothes out of a giant panda while his dog is eating its carcass.
"Glory for the king! Lets see if I can get a trophy from my conflicts..."
Try and make a trenchcoat out of the Panda's fur.
New skill: Butchering: [5] Professional. ((Wow. 6 professional and 4 specialist skills so far. You are lucky man. This calls for bonus!))
New trait: Naturally skilled: New skill rolls gain +1. Meaning it possible for you to roll Master for new skill.
You put Wilson down, pocket your pistol and take out your pocket knife. Then you professionally proceed to skin the panda.
"Master Smith, you are an excellent man! Truly worthy of our trust! Now, we must feast on flesh of our enemy. We haven't enjoyed decent meal since beginning of this world. You may join us, master Smith, if you so wish."[Crafting: 5] You fashion an excellent trenchcoat out of the fur, accompanied with a hood made of its head, fur gloves and even fur boots.
"Maybe I should wait here until it's safe..."
Stay and watch the monk continue forward from a distance. Hide if danger approaches.
You watch the muscle monk quietly disappearing into darkness despite of his crutch. Now you can only wait.
((Gods of dice really favour you today. BTW, I have added crude maps for few locations.))
