"Brother, Wilson has told me that I should look for something a bit sturdier. He also says that you should stay here. It would be wise to listen to Wilson, Wilson is quite a crafty little bastard... yes you are Wilson aren't you...."

Go see if I can find something sturdier to secure his ankle with, you said I can see the plane from here? If I am having trouble finding something, perhaps do ask Wilson for wisdom.

Try to calm down.

I'm wasting my time.  She's not gonna be able to just walk this one off.

"Y-yes, prognosis is excellent!  Just one more minor p-procedure and you'll be cured."

Keep patient calm with lies.  Find sharp rock and cut the fabric open.

"Eh, just a flesh wound. Ain't no broken ankle in this world that's gonna stop my quest!"

Jump on one foot (the uninjured one, to be specific) experimentally. Check how viable is is as a mode of transportation.

There is a jolt of pain when you land, but if you can get some sort of crutch then you sould be able to move around. Climbing up on anything will be real pain in ass.

Let's go check out that first tunnel, then. Look around for crystals that shine particularly brightly, the battery on the light will run out sooner or later.

Up you go the spiraling tunnel and find youself next to sand dune. Crystals on ceiling are pulsing slowly.

[Search: 2]
All crystals in your immediate vicinity seems to emit same amount of light, none brighter than other.

"Brother, Wilson has told me that I should look for something a bit sturdier. He also says that you should stay here. It would be wise to listen to Wilson, Wilson is quite a crafty little bastard... yes you are Wilson aren't you...."

"Yes, I am Wilson."

I don't think I said that. If you stare very hard at the plane's direction you just might spot it. But you can easily see the train cars here.

[Search: 4]
Well, there's skeletons in the train. You could snatch few tibias or ulnas from there. Or carve branches off some of these trees.

Fitzgerald starts drinking dirty water covering most of the cave floor.

Try to calm down.
"I know you're probably having doubts, but can you at least try to think positive thoughts before I probably die?"

[3]
Deeb breaths, deep breaths. Forget the snake poison for a moment and focus on breathing. That helps a bit.

[Lies 5 vs 6 panic]
Eh, five is better than six. You spew lies through your lips like professional con man and patient calms down. That nets you a new skill: Con man: Specialist.

[Search: 2]
You find no sharp rocks around here. Ground is asphalt and only stones are round paving stones around tree trunks.

Ahh-ha Wilson... you funny bastard! Perhaps I could use on of these- Fitzgerald! Dont drink the water! It's not fit for your majesty my friend, you should be drinking from a crystal chalice engraved with gold!

Joe turns towards a wall, thinking that it is in Brother Marcel's direction and yells: "Brother? With the knowledge of Wilson, I shall bring forth this bone, and splint up your foot!"

Grab a nice sturdy bone from the train, that can cover Brother Marcels foot and set up a splint for him. Get fitz out of the water if possible... He must be thirsty though.

"Aw yeah, dawg, that'd be mighty great of you!"

Get my foot appropriately boned. Consider good places to find a crutch.

Yeah, she's doomed.  Just a matter of time.

"I am absolutely not having doubts!  Don't worry, you're looking healthier already.  I just need your help ripping open this fabric."

Rip open fabric near bite with help.  Let the bite swell.

Now how did those last rites go?  I'm going to need them...

Grab a nice sturdy bone from the train, that can cover Brother Marcels foot and set up a splint for him. Get fitz out of the water if possible... He must be thirsty though.

You see thin brook of crystal clean water flowing from middle tunnel. That is far better for his majesty. You then grab two bones and go to bone up Brother Marcel's leg.

New skill: First aid: [5] Speacialist.
[First aid: 2]
You mind is drawing blanks. Did that crafty little bastard Wilson stole your thoughts?

"Aw yeah, dawg, that'd be mighty great of you!"

Get my foot appropriately boned. Consider good places to find a crutch.

Joe brings you bones. Then he just stares your foot blank expression on his face.

[First aid: 5]
Eh, better do it yourself. You undo the shirt tied on your ankle and grimace a bit. Then you snap the bones Joe brought, set them around your ankle and tie it again. Ah, much better! If you are very careful you might be able to hop around without crutches.

[5]
Hospitals would be great. They usually have crutches available. Or you could carve up one from tree braches. You have few very sharp pieces of metal, don't you?

Ow! WTF, what are these pants made off? One of your teeths break off as you try to bite it.

Try to calm down, and suss out if he's lying.
"Actually, who even says absolutely not having doubts? YOu don't think I'm going to live, are you?"

You are already calm enough.

[Truth seeker 4 vs 5 con man]
He seems honest about his diagnosis, although he just broke his teeth on your pants.

New skill: Truth seeker: Professional. Funny how all but two of your skills are on professional level. If this trend continues I might turn it into a perk.

I'm adding one skill level so I can use d6 for determining those. That naturally brings few balancing changes. Those who have professional skills, enjoy your new higher status.
In addition I'm changing how I'm rolling for new skills. Until now I rolled twice, once for new skill, another for action. From now on I'll use same roll for for both, since roll tables now match nicely for skill levels.

"All right... let's go and put this here ancient artifact to use..."

To the trees! At a crawl, of course. Try and cut off a branch with a shard of the fabled Maybe-Excalibur. Or have Joe go there and do it if he feels up to it. That is, of course, if his brain fart reaches its conclusion any time soon.

"ARGHH that hurts almost as bad as my crotch!  You've got goddamn pants of steel.  F-Fuck this, I'm getting out of here.  Do you know how expensive dental work is?"

Abandon terminally ill individual.  Climb up onto the the train car and walk down the top of the length of the train.  Hopefully there are fewer snakes up there.  Look for a cave exit.

Joe's brain fart is still unconcluded so you have to do everything by yourself. You pick a piece that is least likely to cut your hand and crawl to closest tree through water.

[3]
Almost done. Little more.

You huff and puff yourself up on top of the train. Birds roosting there make huge ruckus. Smaller ones fly away into nearby trees, but larger pink ones make aggressive display.

New skill: Zoology: [6] Specialist.
Ah, roseate spoonbills. Fucking platalea ajaja. Pink feathers of these annoying little dipshits make good decorations for hats. You scream like only eunuch can and try to appear as big as possible, which is very easy for you. Birds disperse and make space for you.

Now with the path cleared you walk towards nearest wall looking for more exits, hopping from train car to another, but fail to find any. The train goes straight into wall as if fused with it.

Crawl towards the wreckage of the airplane.

Sure, you crawl over there and stop in front of inflatable slide. Light from Joe's crystal barely reach here.

(PTW. Also, can I get added to the wait list, if there is one?)

Sure thing.
