So, i recently bought a nice jaguar from the elves, and i trained it for hunting...

The problem is, it is scared by any damned animal in the world! It's useless as a hunting partner!

Will he train his Discipline with enougth time or will he remain a sweet kitten?

No. Unintelligent creatures can't gain skills. You could mod jaguars to have a natural discipline though.
