Meanwhile, there's a girl that stands out to some, that seems conflicted. She's talking to a few other players, who turn around and leave.
"Surely there's some other way to leave this game, right!?"
She sighs and slumps down onto the ground for a seat.

Shiina is still silent. She doesn't seem to have said anything since the mission's end, actually.

Bob walks up to the girl who apparently stands out.
"That would be nice, wouldn't it?"

"No use. Trying to take the helmet off would have the same effect as dying."

Shiina turns around, facing Kyle, her expression having not changed at all.
"And why is that?"

"...oh, I get it. You think he's lying, don't you?"

"That would be nice, wouldn't it?"

"I mean he has to be in the game too, right? To deliver that speech? Surely he'd make a secret way out! right?"

" He built the game, he can just as easily have made it so that only he is able to log out."

"And if he is insane enough to have locked ten thousand people into his game, then it could be reasoned he is insane enough to risk dying with the ten thousand.

Or that's a preplanned event and he's watching from the outside."

"I'm just trying to be optimistic..."

"Heh. Well, there was something I wanted to try, although I'm not sure how well it would work... I'm not the most tech-savvy person on the planet, and, if Kayaba is even half as rich as the magazines make him out to be, I doubt it would work anyway... Hm. No, definitely wouldn't work."

" This isn't the time for optimism, we need a plan to get through this alive. "

"...and we're going to achieve this with pessimism how?"

"He's right. We have to be realistic about this, but we can't simply assume the best or worst. We'll need a base of operations, most likely, to stay at.

We'll probably need a ton of equipment and money for potions and crystals. We'll also need to find a good place or two to train."
