Offer Diesel Fuel to Ottoman Empire in return for Modern Chemistry
Request the Roman Republic to conduct it's training exercises in locations other than the Ottoman border provinces.
Make offer of Diesel Fuel in return for Explosive Shells to Alliance of Associated Islands.
Reluctantly offer peace to Karelian Coalition. This fighting has led nowhere, and there are greater threats. If they choose to decline, that's fine too. But they should know that if the Belgians get their metal monstrosities constructed, and begin rolling over Khanate lands, it is unlikely that the spoils of war would be shared...

Also, you can make a better deal. As things stand, you're not even offering the Karelians their own provinces back.
