Offer the Alliance of Associated Islands the Blueprints Diesel Fuel in return for Explosive Shell Blueprints.

Offer the Eastern Canadian State the Blueprints for Diesel Fuel in return for Primitive Aeroplanes Blueprints.

The Belgian Empire doesn't look kindly to other country helping its enemies. We will offer Diesel Fuel for free to the Association of United Islands if they rescind their trade with the reborn Khanate.

The Canadian State get diesel fuel for free because we like them.

The Canadian State would like to offer to broker a peace treaty between its two allies, because it is currently in the unenviable position of essentially being forced to choose between two allies.  What would each side like to see in a peace treaty?

Guarantee for the Caucasian Union for a few years, returning 16 and 17 to the Scandinavian Union as well as giving them 19, 13 or 12 as reparation, signing my secret additional protocol.

Noninterference in the internal matters of the Khanate, including dealing with dissidents and traitors, as well as an agreement to limit research into weapons development.

Peace with the Karelians is another matter.

So, you want me to peace out with you, leaving my ally stranded and refrain from developing new technologies in exchange for... nothing?

And you desire us to allow backstabbing traitors to have back and keep territory they stole from us after breaking multiple treaties, including one of military alliance, in addition to some secret process you desire, and to keep our country separated by allowing rebels to keep their foothold in the mountains, when you continue to send troops to their death against Norway, and obliterated the so-called 'independence' of the Irish peoples. You wish to support an ally? That is fine, honorable. You speak of being for peace while supporting an ally who conducted a war of aggression on an ally in a traitorous move, and after having gained your empire through conquest of a nation which did nothing to provoke you? That is far less so. Hypocrisy is not an admirable trait.

Besides, we did not speak of not developing technologies. Simply not technologies of war. Infrastructure, communications, those would be more than acceptable.

Well, yes. This is called "negotiating from a position of strength". It is only fitting that you should make some concessions.

Ah, so you abandon your illusion of the moral high ground. I'm not giving any territory to Karelia, save maybe 16, and I would want 11 in return for it. I'm not the one who wants peace. Canada is, because they don't like to be torn between allies, and I apologize for their difficulties, but I'm not going to make a temporary peace that will simply result in Belgium breaking it and rolling in with tanks once they're developed.

It isn't fitting that I concede anything, actually, because that would be death as much as if you somehow managed to mount a full invasion. I will appeal to Canada on the basis of their morals, and their ability to reason, and they should be able to see who of us two is more trustworthy.

Great, so things are settled. Unless the Karelians decide they want peace for some reasons (In which case I'd be glad to turn my men around), we shall go on with our war.

The AAI would accept the Belgian offer of dropping the Khanate trade and would provide Steel Hull blueprints in exchange for Diesel Fuel blueprints, if the Belgians do not aid in any potential Canadian invasions of the AAI.

Sure, it's not like we could do much to help even if we wanted to.

The Canadian State can see that peace is not currently an option unless the Karelians can get involved.  As such, the Canadians issue a statement of neutrality in the current conflict, which includes the refusal of all currently offered deals from both parties, while maintaining all previously existing agreements.
