MS Paint. It's in the Accessories folder.

No amount of searching is finding me an Accessories folder. I'm on Windows 8.

Just put in 'Paint' or 'MS Paint'.

Though if you're going to go that route, get paint.net. Free, and a boatload of additional functionality without being needlessly complex.

No idea, but you could go the "Print Screen -> Paste screen into Paint" route.

...what's paint? I don't use my computer for drawing, usually...

If you're using it through Steam, F12 should save screenshots to the game's screenshot folder. At least, that's how it works with my copy of VX Ace. :x

Yeah, F12 is Steam's screenshot key. Might need to rebind in-game to clear it, if you can.

Steam screenshots are a pain to find. Here's the path on Windows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\51652170\760\remote\[RPGM's id number here]\screenshots

The only way to find out which folder it is is to look up the game's ID number (by creating a shortcut to it on desktop and checking its properties) or by taking a couple screenshots and checking each numbered folder in the remote folder until you find the right one.

I can not find any way to rebind keys. I don't think there is one, in RPG maker.

So, Elf was to be in the same party as you sentient if that's ok with you. I want to be in the same as Elf and that makes 3 all melee. So we want what 1 more melee and 2 ranged?

Except we only HAVE two ranged, and taking a ranged person away from the other party is a bad idea, unless someone wants to get booted out and replaced by Projeck's character, which isn't really all that fair.

Yeah. Do we want Bob? He can heal us which is useful for a tank, but the other group might need it more then us since we can divide the enemies between us to reduce the damage we take and will both have skills to reduce what damage we take in time.
