There shouldn't be any. Did you delete the original raw folder before installing?

What if “slammed in the ass by dead philosophers” is actually the thing which will progress our culture to the next step?

Some creatures have magic-capable castes you can start as. Skaven Grey Seer, Beastman Bray Shaman, or any of the Daemon Heralds, for instance. Otherwise, you have to find a tablet/book in the world as an adventurer (and your creature needs to be able to use that magic).

A new release is out.

So what does it add, you ask? What new and exciting civ will you be able to play as?

Well, none this time. This was mostly dedicated to bugfixing and finally finishing the enormous magic section of the manual. Changelog below:

Spoiler: Changes (click to show/hide)

I was planning to do Wood Elves next, but an idea has struck me and so they've been delayed to r10 instead of r9. r9 should actually be pretty fast to do as long as no new bugs come up.

In adventure mode , to spawn with a lore , need have much abstract ??
Humans (and later elves and ogres) have certain castes that can learn magic. These castes have a high abstract thinking score as a hint to fort mode players. When selecting the caste in adventure mode, these tend to be the second male or female available. Greenskins of all kinds can learn their specific lores, dwarfs can learn their runes, and any human (magical or not) can learn the Lore of Tzeentch. They do not spawn with the lores. Instead you need to start with some skill in reading, then find the tablet in the world wherever it is (use legends mode). Alternatively, you can try to become a vampire (except Strigoi Ghoul King and Blood Dragon).

Some creatures instead already start with the lores available to them (you need to go in the interaction menu (x, I think? I forget) to activate them). They are:
-Beastmen Bray Shamans
-Pink Horrors
-Blue Horrors
-Daemon Heralds (of Nurgle, Tzeentch, and Slaanesh)
-Greater Daemons (Great Unclean One, Lord of Change, Keeper of Secrets)
-Necromancers
-Liches
-Skaven Grey Seers
-Skaven Warlock Engineers
-Skaven Plague Priests
-Vampires

But , where have tablets/books ????
Go to legends mode and then look at the artifacts. Look around for the tablets, they all don't have their names in english. See where they are in the world and go to them. Get them in whatever way you want and read them. And there you go.

and the books , can you give a list of book item id , for dfhack create item command
They are created in worldgen so, no I can't. I simply don't have their information.

Short answer: You can't.

Long answer: go to the raw folder, then objects. Find creature_warhammer.txt. Find any of the dragons inside (they all have DRAGON_ in their names). Paste [OUTSIDER_CONTROLLABLE] with the tokens in the creature. Save and generate a new world.
